What's so breath-taking with Matt's feet? 8O Are they unusually clean and smell like lavender?
I sniff something really perv going on in here...

:D

I have a pair of CT300's and I have to say that I've been quite satisfied with them. Only minus is that they have a minimum arch support for your feet, so I recommend running as a counterbalance (in case you don't want flat feet).
The same problem with Lavers, I guess.
The climas could be the answer, as running shoes usually have a good arch support. Climas are also light weight (I've tried them on for a couple of times but never played with them - climaI's as well as responses) so I'm sure that dexing is faster and you won't get tired so quickly. The Nike running shoes I owned when I was starting footbag were almost as good as climas IMO, but that time I wasn't freestyling very well yet. Sadly they got wrecked and too small for me.
Bad with Climas is that they're expensive and you have to mod the inside with silicon to get them in shape.

Still, if I had enough money I'd definitely buy climas.
(Shouldn't this topic be in the Bags and equipment?)

Edit: Two things suck about the g units. they dont have that slit in the tounge so you can lace the lace through it. This might not matter to you but the other thing is the whole g-g-g-g-g unit thing. Do you think them being "G-Units" (50 cent) shoe that is keeping footbagers from buying them who dont like 50 cent?? I personally dont like G-unit even though i like rap and would have never purchased thier shoes otherwise. (To me they are the appitimty of buster "studio gangsters").

Calling all G-unit experts out there in modifiedland. I have found some in a store near me and am wanting to ditch Lavers. I have searched this forum and haven't found enough answers, so I need to know a few things:

-is the model II g-unit actually worse/different than the model I, apart from that metal bit? how?
-how do they compare to lavers as far as support, weight and clipper/toe surfaces go?
-how rediculous do they look when modified?

If this has been answered someplace else can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks for any help anyone can offer. Word.

Liam.

ellis wrote me a bit more about mod changes he has made from the first ones he fixed up. i loved my lavers, loved my 520s, and am really enjoying my g6s. if you mod them right, they do seem a bit unstoppable. it is also nice to play in shoes with no goo on them  you guys should check out the west indes g6s. black, green, yellow, red!!! bad ASS!!! those are the ones that mfa original gangsta kc has!

I intend on investing in some of these Gee Yunits eventually. Alot of players that are rocking them are blowing up.

eg. Chris Dean, James McColough, Stephen Barnes- need I say more?

I love my current climas, I have modded them sooooo nice. Haha, I love doing mods to shoes, we chop em down and make em all sweet and functional for our messed up purposes.
