damn dave! u r progressing so quickly i cant beleive all the sick stuff u have been hitting, ripped warrior bsos, nemesis, gauntlet. i havent shredded with u back since the sommerville jam. u r really getting crazy at footbag keep up the good work sounds like everything is going good, expept for your foot haha, later man

yea. it was stupid to play on my ankle, but i cant stay away from the shred. not everyday you break your fearless record.

1 hour shred outside before work

Highlights:
- ripped warrior>ps whirl (both sides)
- mobius bsos
- ps whirl>spin whirl>ps whirl (both sides)
- gyro dlo>smoke (both sides)
- ps whirl>gyro dlo (both sides)
- ripped warrior bsos
- flip whirlygig + flip food processor in one string
- whirlygig>spinning pdx. blender (6>6)
- drifter>vortex>mobius MIDSTRING
- pdx. drifter>drifter>pdx. drifter>drifter>vortex>drifter
- barfly>dod repeat to start a string
- a few super long lines

Overall, a really good session. I was connecting on a lot of tricks. I footed a lot of nice stuff, but i dont think footing is a good thing to post, so ill just have to wait and seal them. My furious on the side where my weak ankle is sucks.

hola.

today in gym no one was there cuz they are iall in italy for some trip. so i brought my abshire and was shredding in gym and this chikc came over and wanted to play. she ended up doing 3 consequtives and she was asking me all thes equestions and stuff. i actually had on good shorts (somewhere in between too short and "cool") so i was playing well. i would do a string, shed have a few consequtive attempts, and wed just do that. overall this is what i did:

- started a nice run with flurry
- janiwalker bsos (a good bsos, not that stupid janiwalker>ss butterfly>janiwalker catch stuff)
- flip nemisis again (funny story. she aksed me what my hardest trick was and i hit it 3rd try)
- double spinning clipper
- spin clip>spin clip>spin clip>spin clip>double spinning clip MIDSTRING

yea. good session in gym. some kids came up and said it was cool, which is good. im so stoked on the double spinning! i have an hour before work, so im going to shred now.

i feel like im missing a lot of stuff, but its probably just cuz i didnt try to remember anything special. the blurry torque bsos was the highlight for me.

Dave,

up untill worlds, i would say you and i were around the same level. of course each of us had things we had focused on more, but over all you were better. since then you have completely blown me out of the water! the strings you are busting out, as well as the huge moves, are really inspiring. flip side nemisis? AGAIN??? ill. i'm gonna have to bust my balls to try and catch you up!

i've still got you on 7adds though. mua ha ha! so here's a list of some i'm sure you can hit...

nothing good at all tonight. doubt ill be competing with vasek at 06 when i cant even hit blurry whirl>stepping whirl rpt. that used to be dialed :/

EDIT: I sat down online after i had that shit sesh and i was just like, dave you cant waste a whole sesh without hitting anything decent. so i went downstairs and got a little redemtion:

- fury both sides (ive hit it before, but its still hard as hell)
- vortex>osis>infinity>blurry drifter>osis>infinity>ripwalk>flip janiwalker>osis>infinity>flip vortex>osis>catch
- ps whirl>spin whirl>ps whirl>spin whirl on foot
- gryo dlo and janiwalker in the same string
- blurry whirl>stepping ss whirl repeat
- 6 blurry whirls in a row
- 15 pdx. whirls in a row

now i dont feel so bad about having an off session.

I can't do that combo yet either...

and the real reason for the blurry whirl issue is I can't do that many pdx whirls(props for so many), can hardly do 5, can you give a tip?

And nice perserverance to hit all that after a crappy sesh. Sometimes warming up takes longer than you expect.
