Rooted Tricks, Do they get an extra add?
Does Rooted Tricks get an extra add or is it just a style?
Hope is the pain we feel that makes us try again

"Moves don't get adds - adds are what the move is!"
-- I don't remember who said it, but the more I play, the more true it seems. And the more I realize the add-system is ... flawed.
Never the less, according to The Updated Set-List...
"Anti-Symposium Sets:
1. Rooting/Rooted (Anti-Symposium)
Plant the setting foot (Op leg does not plant). Jump with the setting foot, setting the bag in the air.
2. Zoid (Rooted Crossbody Toe Set)
3. Hyper (Rooted Pixie)
ROOTED TOE > SAME IN [DEX] >
4. Rooted Fairy
ROOTED TOE > SAME OUT [DEX] > "
... a rooted set is does not get an extra add. Is not an extra add? That just sounds weird!
If I were to make a new add-system, rooted sets would be classified with an add since I believe it resembles the symposium kick in any flying move so much.

Yes. Rooted set is worth 1 body add in our add system.
But after set you must plant the setting foot before the other one.

Rooted pixie and rooted fairy definitely get an extra (body) add. How could they not? A pixie set is essentially a same-leg miraging set. Rooted pixie is a same-leg symposium miraging set. As Ptaku correctly noted, the set/dex leg must plant before the other leg, but that`s common sense. Same thing applies for flailing/wonton/symp blazing to be symposium.
