The comments about jumping in lavers.
Do you have a different insole. I bought the insoles from sportmart and the difference is night and day. i think they are called spencos.
I really didnt even know shoe was an option i though lavers was the only choice.
Sometimes in videos certain players dont seem to be wearing lavers like vasek and a few other no names.
Are they wearing custom lavers (colored differently) or do they use other shoes.
I am about to snap

ltos of new people have thisproblem that oyu have with getting the bag to go were you want it and what stance to be in.
Personaly, i think that you just grow into what stance your in. I dont think there is really any correct kind of stance or posture. I kindof play with my knees bent a little bit, but not alot. and i keep my hands up loosly and kinda out to the side. Hope that answers your question.
keep kicking

Like Tom said, here is an incomplete list of VHS and DVD videos that have been previously available (I think it is difficult to order a number of them now...) Find a video you are interested in ordering (also available for order on sites like www.freedomfootbags.com , www.monsterhack.com , www.flipsider.com , etc) and ask on the forum about ordering info or the email address or phone number for the creator of the video for details on purchase.
As for stance, I think the most important thing for "newbies" to keep in mind is to NOT slouch over. I slouched really badly when I started. I had horrible posture until just a few years ago when I was able to consistantly bust runs of over 10 contacts. I think the cause of this was my learning to link BAIL moves. Bails are more individually specific when you are starting out. A bail is a move that is easy for you, and gives you a breather between more difficult moves. For a beginner a bail could be a toe stall or an inside kick (or ANYTHING else). Learn to link your bails and try to lengthen your runs before you learn to hit bigger tricks.
First learn how to kick and stall, then learn some 2 add moves, then push yourself to learn some 3s, and start to go tiltless (increasing the difficulty of your bails so that you are only hitting 2 add tricks in your runs), with some 3s thrown in..then when you're ready start guiltless. I'm rambling now, but the point is my posture cleaned itself up when I learned how to bail and RELAX when playing.
