I just patched the holes on my footbag. There was at least one hole on almost each grey panel, and one hole on one green... But.. Ah you don't know how does my bag look :P
Here you have some pics:
It's how it was looking when it was new:
Image
And it's how it was looking in November.
Image

Grey panels are made out of some really thing fabric... I don't know how long will last this bag...

I'm still waiting on my Ilja bag... Ilja told me that, he will send it this week... I hope that he did it already...

I don't know if I patched all the holes good enought... I did it for the first time...

My grandma came today! We were talking a bit, but she is tired after the travell, and she is sleeping now. And we will talk some more. She will be here until Thursday/Wednesday...

My legs feel so good... Better with every day... It will be a BOMB to shred!

I think that tomorow I will do some small "clipper session".. No a shred at all, but I will do some exercises for clippers to make them flatter. My clipper aren't flatt enough... They were.. You know. In April last year my left side clipper (flipside) was better and flatter than strongside, but after spraining my right ankle in may it is very bad, and i can't crank my ankle enought... And at beginning of January I twisted my left ankle, and didn't heal it. I took only 3 days breake... And it doesn't let me to crank it too! this is shitty. But maybe I can get it better... I will try for sure... If no then I will play with crappy ankles crankabilities...

Greets.

I did this clipper exercises session!
It was something like that... I was dropping the baag on my inside - hold 20 seconds - throw it up, as high as I can, catch in on the same inside, 20 seconds.. and repeat, and repeat... after 20 times I did that on second leg. Then I started with clippers. I did it similiar to insides: catch the bag - hold 20 second trying to make clipper as flat as possible - throw it waist high and repeat. 10 times on sides. I don't know how many series of these I did, but I know it works! At end my clippers were a litte bit flater, and I felt fatigue in some muscles on shin...

Then I did some stretching. And I think that tomorow I will feel like a.... bird :P Young God, I mean...

Uff... I came back from the shopping.. I bought shoes for everyday walking.. Some Reeboks... Of course they are good to hacking in circle, and I wil be able to throw some tricks in them when just hacking around...

My parents don't want to let me shred outdoor! They cant understand that I feel good... It's shitty thing... I don't know why I obey to my parents... Maybe I will do some shred in my room...

Actually, I don't know why, my right hip flexor hurts... I don't understand this... I didn't do anything that would make it sore... It'll be a must to warm it good befor playing...

I talked to my parent, about that I feel they are staring to keep me away from footbag. And they say that no, that theyare happy that I have such passion... And my father said that tomorrow when I will can go to his work (he works on guarded car park) nad shred there as much as I want ;] And I will be able to play with music, because I can do connect boombox! I don't know how I will endure today... I cant wait for tomorrow.

Thats bullshit that you are restricted from playing footbag. What the hell? I would be so pissed if someone told me I couldn't kick, not only is there no reason for such a demand, but it's denying you your biggest interest. (If it is your biggest interest.) I would find a common ground with your parents but it sounds like your dads cool enough with it. Good luck solving the problem, I totally dissigree with that decision though.

Aaron, you know, footbag is nt only my biggest interest.... I... just love this game.

Anyway... I was shredin' today for about 2 hours! First outdoor shred! The sun was shined strong, but it was a little bit windy...

The shred started very good! I first I did a few kicks, then some toes and insides, then clippers, and then I did tiltless run for something like 5 minutes! I just was going and going... Don't know hom much contacts but there was so many! Everything felt so solid... Then BOPs and then I decided to shred! This wasn't epic session.. Everything was just solid...

I did:
Barfly b2b BS (further I did only left > right, and now I did it the second way)
Rev. Swirling ss Pickup > Paradon > Blur
(rigth side cllip) > Diving LO > Weaving Pickup > Fairy (no plant) Clip > Osis
Whirl > Rev. Swirling ss Pickup > run
Drifter b2b
Drifter > Torque
Symposium Bubba BS
Symp. Whirl > Blender
Some long guiltless strings but I don't remember too much from them, and they were nothing special.

My Flails felt so soft today, on both sides... Uh... Everything felt soft today...

I have some aches in my flip flexors.

The car park my father works on, and I played today, is an hotel car park, so the people were looking how I play, and some people that was taking their cars from park were watching too... I was talking with one man from Germany.. He is traveling throught all the coutris close to Germany, and he is very interested in everything... He was asking me about school, about my town, and about all the country. He said that he likes Poland, and has planed to come here for next two years. In next year he is going to Wroclaw, and then again to Kolobrzeg... But wahtever... who cares...

I think that next shred will be on Tuesday... If it'll be warmly enough... Becaus forecasts says that it will be colder... But they says too that next weekend will be beautifull! So much sun and high temeprature...

Oh... I have to write about Jordens vid! This guy is so inspiring! He does so crazy stuff... So originall ... Orginality, Variety, Hardness ad Style - this are 4 words to describe Joredn's shred! he is such creative shreder! Amazing. I want to watch more shred from him! And raw shred such like those he relases...

Yes!!!

I came right back from a session in the centre of my town! I was shreding on the stairs, courtyard of our town-hall. There was full sun, and no wind. Greate place... And the sbasis is good too. It's made out of granite plates, and the plates aren't too grippy, so they don't rip off the sole of lavers too much, and allow the foot to turn without moving it off the ground.

A lot of peoples were walking and watching me playing... So this session was all about long runs with much variety in them.
So, I didn't school any single concept.
My runs were good today! It was fewteen (does this word mean - between 10 and 20?) contacts on average... And some really long strings. I don't even know how much contacts was the longest one...

I was hitting Rev. Swirling ss Pickup everywhere. It just felt easy... Same with strongside Flail - on the flipside one I must work more on some session.

Some list I wrote down, or I remember after this session:

A long run with Flipside Smear; DLO, Rev. Swirling Pickup, Flail
Parkwalk > Blizzard > Paradon
A lot of runs with Paradon BS (this is getting to be REALLY easy for me).
Symp. Mirage > Flail midstring (I have hit it few times befor this session, but it's still something what I'm proud about...)
Drifter > Down Double Down (cool link. I need to master it)
Stepping Far Legover > Parkwalk > Barfly (felt cool)
A run with Spinning Clipper > Spinning Osis in it
Run started with Gyro Mirage (Gyro tricks are my weak side... I need to school them, because they're stylie and I just like them)

And many others, but I couldn't remember everything.
This session was just 1 hour and 30 minutes, but I'm really tired... It's really hard to do runs as long as possible for 1,5 hour... There was a time when I hit over 20 contacts run, drop on trick (I think that was strong Osis... Shame on me...) and the started a run with this Osis, and the run was something about 30 contacts... I was so exhausted, that I couldn't do flip butterfly for something like 10 tries...

Good session is the best thing in the world... Only 1,5 h and it made me so happy!

Later,
Pawel

So... I couldn't log to modified since thursday... Some theme error...

On wednesday I didn't shred, but i schooled flip pixie and fairy sets when watching fooball (I mean soccer) game on TV... It helped me a lot...

I was shreding today (The 1st of April, 2005) for 2 h 30 mins in my room and I schooled some stuf. I have hit three new links:

Pdx Mirage > Fairy ss Mirage BS
Pdx Illusion > Fairy ss Mirage BS
Pdx Illusion > Fairy same Osis BS

I like especially the last one. I will do drill from it...
I was working on some move on my flipside, but I will not tell you which one... Actually I was working on two tricks. One is definately new for me, and the 2nd one is the trick I can hit on my strong side, and I work on flipside now.

It's going to be very warmly on Saturday so I'll shred outside hard. It'll be good day. I feel that in my bones ;] I will hit a lot of cool combos with stylie links.

My Osises feel so solid these days... I'm just doing them so mad consistantly that I even don't know if I droped anyone today? I'm very happy with that.

I'm after a training! I was practicing on the car park my father works on. First I was going to shred again on the town-hall stairs, but I was too lazy to go there, and I decided to go to my father, because that car park is close to my flat. I bought a MoutainDew drink and Snickers in grocery shop when I was going there. It's really warm here today! In the sun the temperature is over 20 Celsius grades... And the wind is not strong.. Something like 8 km/h...

The shred was 2 hours 38 minutes lenght and it was one of the good ones!
After long warm up - it took me about 20 minutes - I'm starting to practice some drills... I started with consecutive butterflies and osis... Then Butterfly > Pdx Mirage [rps.. rpt... rpt...], then the same with Pdx Illusion... I needed to warm up really thoroughly, because my legs felt sore after yesterdays shred. But after the warm up it was looking, that the shred will not be good...

But the suppression came! It came with Dimwalk > Pdx Mirage [rpt] Drill... I have hit 15 contacts of these drill in 2nd try! I didn't even know that Dimwalk is so easy after Pdx Mirage on my flipside...

And then it was better and better...

I have hit:

 Flipside Fudge - with 2nd try... I never tried it... Then I have hit to start a run, and then midstring.
 Fairy Paradon - it was with my strong Double Down (my Fairies are equall) ... I was sure that I can hit it and I did it within 10 tries... I just never tried it... I can hit Fussion, so there was nothing safer that I will hit it....
 Pixie Paradon on Flipside - I hit it within 5 tries. Now I can hit it BS
 Muted Magellan > Fairy muted same Osis - with 2nd try. It's so stylie...
 Rev. Swirling ss Pickup > Flail - straight to the hand. Good controll out of it, so I wiill hit it to start a run or midstring on next session. And I will hit it the 2nd side, because this one was with my flipside Flail. It's so cool link. It'll be in my repertoire, and I'll use it pretty often.

I was close to many other stuf, but I don't wan to talk about what I was close to, or what i footed.

I can't wait for next session. I don't know when it'll be... Maybe tomorrow. We will see.

My legs are so stiffy after those two sessions I had yesterday, and the day befor yesterday...

My footbag skills are getting higher, but I think that after that long illnes I had my physical abilities are not proporional to my skills, and this is the reason why I feel so tired after playin'. I think that this is the time I must be careful and don't catch any injury. I need to gain some strenght and endurance again... That illnes took too much out off me.

I don't know when I'll shred again.... I have so hot time at school... In the week that is coming I'll have something like 11 tests at school. This is way too much... But I need to learn and catch some good grades... This will let me to shred hard in the end of May and beginning of June, and to go to GFO...

So ... I'm going to learn maths, geography, physics, biology and history.

Oh shit.. I didn't play since saturday... It realy annoys me! I'm so busy with school... I have so much to learn, and so many homeworks... You know... I don't even can do everything I should do... and I can only forget about everything I want to do... Fucking school...

Bu one good news. The bag from Ilja came yesterday! It's so sweet! Orange-red one... I named it Deamon, Deamon or something like that... And the nickname is devi - from devil... I have so many ways to call it: demon, deamon, devi, demi (from demon), deami (from deamon), and dimi ;]
Ilja stich greate bags! Al the stiching work is just perfect! Stiches are just amazing... And the whole bag is perfectly round! I need to break in yet, but I don't even have any time to do some finger massage to it... Fucking school....

Later ...

Yo!
I had a treining today! I was practicing for 2 h .... 31 minutes ;] Haha... I'm too faithful about the time I think ;]
So... I haven't hit anything good... Only Rev. Whirl and Dyno on flipside...

I was testing my Dimi (my new, bag.. read the post above) ;] I love playing with not brokenin bags! It's so good. They're always improving my form... And always making clipper a bit flatter. Not broken in bag is unforgivable. Every false move when stalling, and drop... Every fault when setting, and the bag is flying avay from me. It's so good thing to become better player! And always after the bag will be breakin there is some awesome, big progres... Everything is just easy, because I have made consistency with unbrokenin bag...

Ah... I was schoolin' Blender and Barflies... I just have hit these tricks 10 times on each side... They weren't too confident... less than on previous session... but it's because of not broken in bag.

Greets,
Pawel

Ps. I forgot.. I hit Pixie Drag > Osis ... when I saw Jorden hiting this on one of his vid I knew that I will hit it too, because it's so cool. (Drag is Dragon moved to outside delay... Just rake on outside surface....)

Session today too ;] I like playin' every day!

I haven't hit anythig special, but I've hit something cool! I just wanted to think about something what I can hit, and I have't seen this on video befor... So... I have hit:

Spinning op foot Rev. Swirl, or if someone likes it better: Gyro Rev. Swirl (I don't like calling "Gyro" tricks that are different that clip-set-halfbackspinning-same-leg-dex-move without a plant between set and dex...)

Cool trick I think... Rare and stylie... Ners told me that Ryan Tohomass was hitting this...

I wanted hit a drill that Ners chalneged me to: Butterfly > Pdx Mirage > Flail [rpt] but I couldn't afford it... maybe next shred ... (but Ners didn't hit the drill I chalenged him to too , haha ... 0:0 :P)... The other thing I wanted to hit today were: Fairy ss Blender bs (haven't hit in on any side), Barfly > Blender bs, Fairy muted Clipper > Symp. Whirl bs, Pxiei Muted Clipper > Symp. Whirl bs, but I failed :( Shame on me :P But I'll hit it soon. I'm sure ;]

I'm planing two sessions tomorrow...

Props on that Peeking Rev. Swirl ptaku :D It's not fair - my drill is way harder then yours... Or maybe not :) I'm not shure. I'll have to work more on my flip Pdx Illusion and flip tap to hit it :P Good luck on tommorow's session!

Next session is after me. It was 2h 30mins again. I wanted to play only for 1,5 h, but I lost the feeling of time... So there will be not the 2nd session. I want to have some power for tomorrow too ;]
I wanted to hit the drill I chalenged Ners too, but I couldn't... I couldn't hit Pixie muted Clipper out of Tap on flipside. I didn't try to hit the drill Ners has set for me.

On this session I was working on Smears BS, Ripwalks BS, Sidewalks BS, Shmoe BS to make them more consistently... And Gyro Mirage BS to include it into strings... Of course I wanted to hit at least one new trick. So I went for something easy, that I hadn't tried so I have hit:

 Diving Bubba BS
 Weaving Bubba BS

Each wthing 10 tries on both sides.

Another thing is that I wanted to hit Eggbeater, because I'm so inconsistent on it, so I hit something like one eggbeater in month ;] But today I have hit Eggbeater to handcatch 3 times in a row.

2 hours 8 minutes session yesterday.
Nothing special again, but when I'm with all this Ducking Illusions I've hit:

 Ducking Paradox Illusion BS - with 5 tries on strong side, and with 3 on flipside
 Smear > PLO [rpt] - uff... flip pixie is getting to be usable

And some short strings (I didn't have much power for longer, because it was the 4th day of long shred in a row). I remember something like (r Toe) > Zulu Mirage > Ducking Clipper > Osis > Pdx Mirage > Pixie Muted Clipper > Rev. Swirling ss Pickup > ...

I need to put Shmoes into my strings. And Gyro Mirages, on which I was working a few days ago.

No shred today.

I think that it's all, what I wanted to write.

Later,
Paweł

PS. Since now I will start calling Rev. Swirling ss Pickup a Rev-up :P

I had a short session today. Ok. It wasn't so short... About 5 hours 30 minutes. I didn't want to go to school today, so I just packed my lavers and some shred clothes instead of school-boks to my backpack and went to my spot. I visited some grocers's shop to buy another bottle of water and a Powerade drink. After arriving to the spot I just didn't know if I should play, or wait some time, because it was barely 8:40 AM and it was a little bit cold... So I sit on some bench in a different place in the sun, and was just relaxng for about 30 minutes. The I came back to the spot, changed my clothes nad started to warm up, and the shreding. It was just average session. Nothing special, nothing big, no longer runs. But I enjoyed it.

The things that I thought are worth to write down
 Atomsmasher + Ducking Pdx Mirage + Blender - in a short guiltless run
 5x PLO

And of course some little new trick:
 Symple Rev. Swirl
Ok. I thought tricks above:
 flipside Tomahawk - now I have hit it on both sides

I ate a sandwich during shred. It gave me power to shred further. After 3 hours of playing on this spot I decided to move to another one. So I went to the another one (about 15 minutes walking) and shreded there for another 2h 30 min.
Now I was really tired (because of these break for walk). But that didn't stop me ;]
On this spot I didn't hit anything special too.
 Clip set DLO BSOS (I have hit only Toe set DLO BSOS before that)

And of course new trick. I think that it's cool. And it is not so easy...
 Gyro Illusion

Of course I hit other thigns on both spots. Both Gyro Mirages midstring, Shmoe midstring, a lot of Rev-up's, Toe Ducking Mirages, Ducking Paradox Illusions in runs and some Weaving/Diving Bubbas to runs.

So this is all from these mad long solo session. You know.. it isn't really hard to play for so long. I had two crisises. The first one was between 120 and 150 minute of the shred. And the second one was after changing the spot.

I just don't belive! This is something weird!

You know. Yesterday, after this long session I was sooo tired. Today, in morning, I was even more tired... And somewhere about 2 PM i got the power. You know. I have so many energy. I just feel strenght. I just have no clue what to do with the energy I have got ...

I just don't belive that my body did regenerate in something like 23 hours... This is just not natural... Or maybe...

If it will go this way I hope that I will build some super greate shape for the sumer. I just wan't to shred all the time.

But now I just can't wait for next session! The weather is so nice and warm. And it's going to be so for next 4-5 days! Cool!
