The history will come a little later. This will be my third session with good knees and back. I did some damage and it took some time to heal. The past three months I have been using my strong side and my flip a little. My injuries forced me to use strong moves only and had to lay off the fives and triple dex combos. Now I can work on the more complex combos and drill alot of new moves and concepts. One message to all the injured. Heal and rehab the injury. Time off by itself will not help you at all. Rehab and come back stronger than you left. I am 32 and have not found a combo I can't hit in time and new levels are always coming in. I am very happy to have lasted this long just to be able to hit all the new cool tricks out there. I am going to work on nemesis this week and grind the timing in. Will let you know what the result is soon.

No nemesis today, will try on thursday. Almost had a solid set to finish it out, but I rushed the last dexs and the third hit the bag down. The knees are holding up and the back is strong again. Performance fluids before and after mixed with some weights have helped me shred more and harder each session. Two weeks ago I could barely stand the pain in my knees from triple dexs, now I can work on them at will.

I guess I will have to wait for a good day to work on this type of stuff. I seem to get hit with some much bullshit its crazy. Just when you think things can get better, an asshole wants to tear it apart. I don't push myself to be involved in all the politics in the sport because most if not all of it is crap. The skills are what matters the most. I hope that I can keep shredding and continue to offer choice bags to the players. If I have gone to far in this area, please let me know. The idea of political bullshit over mature communication is for the weak and ignorant. I am glad today is a new day and I can start with a new mind set for real progress.

Tried out Cameron`s mix of performance fluids with some creatine. No more pain in my knees. Been experimenting with new filler in my minis, and played with one of them today. People will ask themselves why they played with anything else ever before. When you are serious about taking your game to the next level, you will want one of these babies. Footed some new tricks out of rifling set today. Flip rifling hurt my knees though, so I ended early and just enjoyed the scenery by the boardwalk walking by.

If Homer wasn't at the ready, I'd've sworn that was Richie.

Not that I've ever met him or anything... :/

A message to all the new players. You can get pretty good at footbag by just treating it like a hobby, but you should really treat it like a sport. Professional atheletes watch what they eat, they stretch, they crosstrain. Stretching and cross training will lengthen your career. I am 33 and still pushing the envelope. This is because I take footbag seriously. If you want to be the best, if you want to push the envelope, get serious. Use the best equipment, stretch, crosstrain, and be aware of what you eat. Your game will thank you.

My head is killing me from a hardcore night with Tequila last night. Worked through the hangover by eating a burrito with a fried egg in it, then shredding until I felt I had sweated out the alcohol. Sometimes shredding when you aren`t fully healthy can be good, since you focus more on having fun and less on drilling specific components. For example, I hit this combo for the first time because I was just messing around: sickness-dlo-fairy paradon-torque. Still, I am going to focus on components for the rest of the week. Want to really drill the footwork on inspins, grind in the timing on surging set.

To Ken or Richie, who ever was writing about creatine, I would be cautious and watch for any sudden changes. My cousin used to use creatine with his body building work outs, and he had some serious health problems with it. I also know several others who use it regurally, and have had no probelms.

Richie, I've heard you can easily hit 16 tripless.

Right on.

Still playing about 3 times a week?
