I think Friday is reasonable to wait for as the "end of the week." I'm sending out PMs before 5pm my time today, but if you want to send out extra postcards I don't think anyone would mind.

Damn, I didn't grab near enough post cards. Oh well, I guess if you don't get one you don't get the endless pleasure of staring at a post card sent by the greatest person you've ever had the pleasure of reading stuff written by him. Naw, I'm just kiddin, everyone'll get one when I go back to the store tomorrow.

I just realized that I have no idea how to fill out a post card. Fuck it, I'll figure it out. And what the hell!?!? I thought post cards were prepaid kinda things. I gotta go to the post office and get "post card stamps" is what my mom said. I hate the post office. I'll still go though. You're all lucky I think so highly of you.

P.S. Don't take the cockyness seriously. I know how some of you are.

I want to be in the next one!!
I don't understand how it works, though. Does everyone send EVERYONE else a postcard, each? So if there are 31 people signed up everyone gets 30 postcards?

Well the way it worked the last time was I PMed everyone two names/addresses to send postcards to. The goal was to make sure everyone sent/got at least a few postcards. But if someone feels like sending extra, that's even better.

I made sure to keep track of who was assigned to who to make sure that next time the people who you're sending to and getting from will be different.

The next one's at the start of next month. Sound good? I'll assume so unless I see otherwise.

A few people have told me that they are having trouble finding postcards to buy. Drug stores and gift shops are usually good places to look.

You could send a postcard of your city, but it would also be neat to send a totally random card. Whatever you'd like.

THRIFT STORE CARDS are the cheapest and funniest.
A card seems just as good as a postcard to me.

One address I got was wrong and got returned to me because they did not include the country, CANADA.

My fault for not being more careful. I'll resend it.

It's fun. I haven't received mine yet but will soon.

I could totally send 2 or 3 ONCE MONTH.

I didn't write the country on a bunch of mine. I'm glad you posted that because I haven't gone to the post office to get the stamps yet. Speaking of the post card stamps, what ever happened to the post cards you just bought, wrote the address and a little message, then just dropped in a mail box?

I wrote everything on it I got (which is enough), but the german post agency is really fuckin good. I once have seen a test on tv where they sent several postcards with differing adresses. They even successfully sent a postcard where the only things a human and mashine was able to read where 4 of 5 characters of the last name and 1 (!) of the first name and no further information (it was sent to brasil). Seems like we got the elite of post agencies.
