They may have gotten some things wrong (paradise pixie heh), but I think the most satisfying thing about that whole article is that under external links there is no link to footbag.com! :)

Also, there are other sites included in the wiki community. One that caught my eye was wikimedia or something? It's a site in which you can upload media content under various sections and subsections. It might make sense to upload some generic videos of footbag under the sports section.

I modified the footbag tricks a little so that it wasn't completely outrageous, but i'm not sure if the terminology is right. are tricks defined by "adds" or they are "adds". I know there some confusion over this... anyway, everyone should go edit the info to their satisfaction.

I feel that the modified user that would best be able to come up with definitions and what footbag is all about would be Ken Somolinos. Someone should PM him and ask him if he would be up for doing it I would but I'm heading out the door right now to go study and will be gone all day

"when a player drops the footbag or errs in any other way, he must go to the middle of the circle. If he errs again all the other players are allowed to hit and kick him until he can break out of the circle. If another player drops the bag or otherwise errs, the player in the centre is allowed out and the latter player takes the middle position."

lol what the fuck is errs

Most pro players frequently play shirtless in circles with other men talking about how small their sacks are. At the highest level of professional play, the tricks move faster than the human eye and have to be watched in ultra high resolution digital replays before "props" are awarded to the player for his massive accomplishments.
hahah! they should've left that in!

That part sounds pretty cool i guess. I tried to update this thing a long time ago. I fixed the pixie paradice and wrote a nice description, but then the paradice pixie returned. . .

Wiki is like a turf war.

That flattered me enough that I went and updated the Vasek Klouda entry. Hope the original author didn`t mind.

did anyone else read the stuff going on in discussion on the Vasek article?

Copied from discussion:
Delete. Unless the championship claims in the article can be verified.
Delete. As far as I know, competition with footbags isn't very serious, and that the only real notable champions would be world record holders.

Interesting stuff.

Yeah, how do you post there? Because Vasek`s championship claims are easily backed up by http://www.footbag.org. If somebody could point that out to those guys, I would appreciate it.

Vasek is rumored to have been orphaned at a young age and raised by a traveling carnival.
uh, is there any truth to this ?

I pointed the discussion to footbag.org for verification etc etc . . .

I have a history of not getting the wiki to work right and I'm sure whatever contribution I think I Just made is vanishing as I type this.

edit: I added guiltless shred as a form of circle kicking, and IFPA references to the footbag page.

I didn't bother to add in the men standing around talking about how small the sack is, that's just not right.
