Move Nickname List.

I thought about something shorter... Like... Swip, or Ripup ... Something like Murdered Swan would be untoward for non-english speaking people. There are too much move nicknames I can't pronounce

Ps. Im just curious... who has hit this trick as the first? Who invented it? I think it could be long time ago.

Two days ago, I happened to hit quantum gyro mirage. Im not sure if its ever been hit before, but i dont think it has. in any case, taking some letters from each of the components, one can spell the word "quagmire." I want to unofficially call this mve, quantum gyro mirage, quagmire. Its pretty tough to hit, analogous to a "sticky situation, or maybe something really difficult to play out of, which is basicallly what a quagmire is. What do you think?

A trick thats probably been hit by others....but including me..

I propose.....Skipwalk
just because it is very close to a ripwalk, so like tripwalk and flipwalk it needed a little ryhme to it. And for those of you with lavers on...try the trick, if you can do two or more in a row, you'll notice a very obvious skipping action.
Really obscure trick....but i do it all the time, and i'd like to be able to call it something other than its technical name.

adam, ur style def. lends itself to own that trick. skipwalk is quite walkish, i'm down with it as a name. i hope i hear someone down the road be like 'yah, i laid down a silky rip-ta-skip-ta-ripwalk'.

The suffix `walk` implies a trick ending in a butterfly stall. Ripwalk, dimwalk, janiwalker, darkwalk, sidewalk, e-walk, bigwalk, etc. It isn`t consistent, nor does it make any sense to name a move ending in eclipse `skipwalk.` Stepping eclipse is pretty succinct as is, I really don`t think it needs another name. Considering that you didn`t invent the trick or popularize it or anything, it`s also not really your right to name the trick.

`Quagmire` on the other hand, is a good name I think. There`s also a very good chance that Jeremy was the first to hit it too.

Agreed.

Jeremy only hit because i stopped skooling my quantum spinning set. Props to him though, his quantum sets are much better than mine. Quagmire is awesome name.

I'm not sure if I understood you, but the list at the first page includes
all additions that were made on the 9 pages. I always edit the first
post and add the new stuff to it.

The list is still pretty inconsistant in naming concepts (sometime I've written Pdx atomic and sometimes nuclear), because when I started the
list, I didn't know much about the technical side and would just adopt names
as they were thrown to me. whenever I find the time, I'll put
it in a more convenient form (jobs would be neat, but that's just too
much work right now)

I'm not sure, but I guess this trick has been hit by MANY others before.
Usually you get to name a trick when you're the first to hit it.
