Today I played a little hack/shred on the Frisbee Golf course.

Started FAST Walking Tuesday April 5th.

Walked into things with my knee twice yesterday and once today. All 3 hurt. But did not damage my knee. I'm trying to put even weight on both legs again at work now.

Thanksgiving was the start of the injury.

November 30th -March 30th. 4 months.
Let the healing begin. I've noticed definite improvements at this point. I can walk around normally again and am able to run straight and fast on flat ground.

Still hurts to twist.
Hurts to put weight on it suddenly in any abnormal positions.

Demo at Gradeschool tomorrow.

Wait, how did you play so intensely at CSS6, then, if you were injured?

Hey, QUESTIONS IN PM'S PLEASE. Don't just talk silly please.

Ducking PS Whirl hurt my support leg 4 months ago. I played on it for almost 2 months before it got so bad I started loosing skill and not having fun because of the pain and lack of flexibility. So I went to Chiropractoers and Mesuses asking what was wrong with it. I even had x-rays. It is probably the Meniscus being damaged as well as other ligaments and cartilage in the knee joint that got stressed too much trying to compensate.

I can't sit cross legged anymore. Osis and Clipper with my hurt leg are not as fun anymore.

Eric Chan, I didn't shred hard at CSS6. I shredded as gently as I could. I was kind of trying to test the strength of my knee. I wanted to know if it was just going to get re-injured over and over. But it didn't! :D I expect nearly full recovery by the end of summer. I don't jump off rooftops or practice forward flips anymore. I can't hit Superfly Shaft repeat or Superfly Scorpions Tail repeat anymore, and probably never will because of my knee being permanently weakened.

Gym 2 hours Friday April 8th. Including Underwater Shred.

Forgot 2nd set of supplement pills on Friday.

Played Frisbee Golf Sunday April 10th and used knee fully during hiking and what not.

Feel GREAT 4 SHRED today.

Almost hit Motion Gyro Whirl.

Felt like I could hit Paradox Blender, Motion repeat like 3 times but didn't dare try it.

I kicked really well during frisbee golf yesterday.

I kicked okay during frisbee golf today.

I realize that having fun is all about not regretting anything you've done today. For example I'll regret staying up too late on the internet talking about footbag when what would really be fun right now is sleeping and dreaming of something wonderful.

I was gunna post this in the wrong place=
I don't play just for fun.
I play to stay healthy.
I play to release emotions.
I play to listen to music.
I play to see how good I can get regardless of whether or not anyone else plays at all.
I play to break my own record.

NOTE TO SELF:
I fooled myself into happiness by smiling more than I should. You should try it someday.(Smiling pumps endorfins(the strongest drug know to man) you see)Fool yourself into having a good day and others will also have a better day around you when they see you're smile. Trust Me.

Got a raise today at work and might start waiting tables and spent over $20 on food during my shift.

Tue/Apr/12

Hit Chains on whole 15 short across the creek.

Hit paradox Blender Mobius Repeat first try on hole 8. It was perfect. So fun! 8)

Downloading like 20 video's this morning has been fun.

Took my name off all the World Records I thought were weak and left them blank.

I still hold about 60 records compared to Vasek having about 40 records. Vasek's records are much cooler though. I think he has more than half of the 6 add world records and I only have 2 of the 6 add world records. Maybe I'll take superduperfly away from him eventually.

No one else has very many records. I don't even know who has the 3rd most.

hey lon i found a really cool ball thing i made to practice underwater shreds.. its a golf ball cover with cloth and inbetween the golf ball and cloth there are a ton of metal and plastic pellets.. its the size of a tennis ball it doesnt drop to fast in the water and its pretty proportional to a normal shred session..as in your legs are slower but so is the ball.... if you wanna try it then maybe well meet at sams next video thing?

Its great to see ya moving again. I hope everything continues to slowly and gently improve.

And props on the smile comment. It stuff like that that make you one of my favorite people to be around in the world. :-) I would definitely fool myself if I weren't already having a good day. Thanks for the wisdom as always.

Peace and recovery,
Bum

SUPPLEMENTS & DIET

I've been eating almost all organic and am now cutting way back on dairy.

I am trying to base my diet on Fruit in the morning.
Meat and vegetables all day.
Rice & potatoes for Carbs.
Avocado & Nuts for extra Yummy cravings.

I would definately recommend a good 2 minutes of stretching within the first 5 minutres of waking up. And as much supplements as go well together and you can afford.

I'm into my third month now and am currently taking 2 supplement with my nutrient dense apple juice smoothie.

The smoothie has Apple Juice, Molasses, Whey Protein Powder, Gelatin Powder, Almonds, Lecithin Granules, & Ground Flax Seed.

Then I take a multivitamin, Blue Green Algae, and:
Type II Collagen wich has
Bovine Tracea Cartilage
Type II Collagen
Chondroitin Sulfates
Other Mucopolysaccharides 4 capsules a day as directed.
and
Joint Response by Source Naturals which has
Vitamin C
Molybdenum Chelate
MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane)
Glucosamine Sulfate KCI & N-acetyl Glucosamine

I also have a lotion I use directly on my knee somedays when I plan to excersice it.
It is a Glusosamine, MSM & Arnica Liposome Lotion by NOW.

I don't know what's helping the most. But if I could guess I would guess it is the Glucosamine because it's produced naturally in the body for joints. As one grows older they produce less and less Glucosamine. So it's meant for people over 30 but probably okay in smaller amound for younger people, especially when they are injured.
