YESSS!!! I'm so excited..!
Having Worlds alternate between Europe and NA is definately a good idea, but I guess it's also a matter of who is actually willing to organize such an event, who has the resources etc... BUT, having said that, I have no idea who has bid for what and how it has come to this decision.. -so maybe I'm completely off!!!
(I don't see how the World Cup should affect this tournament in a negative way..!?!)
Hope to see lots of you in Frankfurt.

superb!
I don´t think, that the soccer worlds will affect our worlds in a negative way.
For sure, there will be many people there for the soccer games. but this is only a big, big chance, to let footbag grow in the mind of humans! Just think of, what chances we get, to show LOTS of people our beautiful sport! And there will definately come viewers, that are primary there for soccer.
but, does frankfurt have a stadium, that is used for worlds? i can´t remember exactly... i don´t think so.
i am superhappy, that frankfurt get the order! euros 2003 was such a nice tournament, and if worlds will be just half good as euros, noone should miss it!
i´m definately there!

Hello, my name is Iain George.
And guess who's coming to Germany as an exchange student 2006-07...
I can't believe this! I hadn't decided yet what programme I should choose and then this! *I can't express myself properly through internet!*
Hmm...I have to find a way to get to Germany in advance (I presume that the Worlds are at summer). Well, my grand aunt and uncle live in Germany, south from Hannover. So train it'll be to get Frankfurt.
I'm so excited though Worlds '05 are here in Finland.
A few questions here (off-topic though): Is there any shredders in Hannover or nearby areas?
And which cities have the "best" scenes? (I know that there are something in München (Munich), Berlin and Frankfurt, but what about other cities? ...I don't know which part of Germany they'll put me but I they may ask my wishes too in the interview.)

Hi Lauri,
cool that you'r coming to Germany
There should also be a Footbag scene in Hamburg, wich is about one hour north of Hannover, they run the German Footbag Champs last year. And then there is Dortmund, they also have a very active scene.
On topic...
Espacially for us here it's amazing that the worlds are going to be in Frankfut a. Main, but I hope that there will hundreds of player from all over the world! And I'm also really excitied about how much we can promote the event nationwide

I think Frankfurt has always been one of the cheapest places in Europe to fly to from the US. If you find really cheap flights to some other city, http://www.openjet.com has incredibly low fares for flying within Europe.

Oh, I forgot Dexdo though I surfed at their pages yesterday. *d'oh!* It was probably after I posted here...sNale wrote:Hi Lauri,

Do the Hamburgers have a homepage?
OK, I won't post off-topic comments here anymore.
edit: And no stupid links to McDonald's' pages, please.
