i was just bored and i was thinking why are we (to you men... and some women) so obsessed whith women? like for example my friend sees a movie and theres like.. say angelina jolie in there he just changes and then next few days he geta poster or just you can tell hes obsessed ove miss jolie. It happens to every guy im sure it happened to me.. with miss.... usa 2004.... i still think shes hotter than any other girl alive.... dont believe me? here

It's just intinct.

But my theory is....Circles.

I realized I just left that kinda hangin. Think about everything in the universe......Planets, stars (the celestial kind, not the shape). They all have gravity. We're all attracted to bouncy balls and other round objects when we were younger. Think about the object of most guys affection........you know what I'm talking about......the top half. Circles in circles in almost circles.

Stupid theory the way I explained it but it could be true.

You've actually got something going with the circles thing. I've read that men are attracted to women's breasts because they look like women's asses. most animals are attracted to the rear, but once women started walking upright, they needed a visible fertility marker to attract males.

I'm pretty sure i read this in desmond morris's the naked ape. you should all read that if you're really wondering why men love looking at women.

different cultures have different ideas about what beauty is. Mostly though its that we are attracted to healthy looking women.

I would think (Just guessing) that men would be attracted to womens boobs out of instinct. Babies don't have any trouble finding the tits, and neither do I.

i always thought that it was because of the media..

think about it what is attractive about women??? the media poisoning all our minds would make us think of women as thing that are good...

if a man were shut away from society and tv and music and movies ect when he is say 10 he came out of this antisocialness he wouldnt be like us!@ he would be more of a ... i dunno

big breasts and big asses and thin waists are natural indicators of fertility. just like a man's strong jaw is an indicator of a burst of testosterone after puberty. phenotype shows genotype.

studies have shown that it's not the size of the breast/ass, it's the ratio of waist size to both. for example, most of the classic beaties of yesteryear like marilyn monroe had this ratio, and people of all cultures and countries pick silouhettes of this ratio as the 'most appealing'.

What about just faces?

What's really attractive in faces is symmetry. everyone digs symmetrical faces, even babies.

Because we are expected to be attracted to women. If no one told us the difference between man and woman, that men are supposed to fall in love with women, that they are supposed to be attracted to women, I really don't know if we'd give a damn.

Several things about women attract me, though I'll leave that discussion to the rest of you who already replied.
