Yeah, bothsidedness is acheivable. Look at lon smith for example. He's constantly going fearless both sided under control.
In my state, I practiced one sided clippers for 7 months! Thats an eternity! By that time, i discovered I could post videos on the internet, and I got feedback. Knowing I was one sided clippered, I figured it was time to change. Not only does one sidedness (on a very basic level) screw you up, it doesn't look as good.
After 7 months of one side, I could not hit ripwalk on either side, or paradox whirl on one side, or whirl for that matter. Butterfly on that side was impossible even. Somehow, after a few months, I was able to somewhat master a flip clipper delay.
HOWEVER, this still haunts me. I put off both sidedness for so long that still, I drop on flip clipper. It doesnt matter, as much as I don't consider it a flipside element anymore, its still flipside. I drop it more on that side. Its quite rare that I drop my strong side clipper..
So, like everyone else says, practice both sides for success.

Since organs inside your body are not symetrical neither can ones footbag play be entirely symetrical.
Some moves are easier one direction than the other and should be practiced accordingly.
I try to hit every more both sides but there are about half a dozen moves I've only hit on one side and it is frustrating for obsessed BSP members like myself that our bodies don't allow all moves to feel the same on both sides either.

The body is actually quite symmetrical, atleast the voluntary skeletal muscles. Everything else, like internal organs(involuntary) are mostly here and there without much symmetry, but they don't really change the way you produce movements. The only way I'd say you could be trully bothsided is if you grew up, developing your body both sided.MuffinMan wrote:The human body is not perfectly symmetrical, therefore is it possible for anyone to be completely without "good" and "bad" sides, and to be completely bothsided?
When you learn to eat, go both sides. Learn to throw, go both sides.
Learn to kick, go both sides Learn to draw, go both sides. That in my opinion, would be the only way to develop all your muscle coordination both sided. A bit tedious, but possible, not perfectly symmetrical, but damn close. Perfection in humans is never obtainable, but we always have potential to do more than we can.

Kinda off topic...but not really.ShredOnLawn wrote:My left hand is actually the better typing hand surprisingly.
I don't know where I read this but did you know you type more with your left hand anyway? The majority of the letters you use are on the left side of the keyboard. Think about Wheel of Fortune....R,S,T,L,N,E. The bold letters are the letters on the left side of the keyboard, if you didn't notice. Whachya think about that!!!
