Ok, so I've had a couple sessions that I have posted anything about... First one was on last Sunday when Steve and I drove up to SF again. It was really cool, it was awsome getting to kick with all the people up there. I hit spinning clipper while up there and I'm deffenatly getting better at it. Then I had a session on Tuesday which was pretty good, I hit whirl well on my badside and it wasn't the so that was cool. I also hit drifter some more. Plus it was awsome because I had a 24 alternating clipper run and 6 butterfly > pdx mirag and like 4 or 6 infinities. Then I sessioned in my backyard on thursday which was cool. I hit weakside drifter some so now I have it bothsides. I also practiced flipside SS butterflys which were not so good, but now I can hit them ok so that's cool. I also managed to get some wirls into longer tiltless runs so that was fun. Yep and now it's spring break so I can footbag like mad.

Drove up to SF and got to play there on Sun. It was pretty awsome, we played on this half tennis court thing, but it was a really nice day and sunny and everything. I hit drifter some more times and am close to flip DATW. While there I tried stepping set for the first time and I think I at least understand how to do it now. I broke my Butterfly > symposium mirage count by making it to 8 contacts. Very fun day. Also, in completly unrelated news I can almost pull off Neo Deadly Rave in Capcom vs. SNK 2. It's this crazy super combo that requires half circle back > forward > light kick > light punch > light punch > light kick > light kick > med. punch > med kick > heavy punch > heavy kick > quarter circle forward > heavy punch... I'll get it soon

Ok, Ok, I had a really cool session today. Let's see it started out with me trying to hit spinning clipper and failing horribly like usuall. I then let it be and started trying to go guiltless. I got 8 one time BOPing a lot... um I also hit some strings with the music which were cool I thought. Then I hit smear > dimwalk much smoother then I ever have (I don't even know if I have hit this before)... Then for the super cool part, I hit spinning clipper a bunch on my good side, two times in one string even. This has been the first time when it really wasn't just luck. It felt so awsome. Then I hit paradox symposium mirage a couple times on my good side, and did it once on my bad side. This was the first time I had tried this move and it was the end of the session so I felt pretty good about it. Hope my spins stay with me.

Wow, I just had an awsome session! First of all I hit my sick 3 for this month, so don't worry Mosher I'll get one into you. It took me a lot fewer tries then usual, and I tried to take your guys advice to cut out the freezes, this run is pretty smooth I think. Then I practiced my stepping set some. This was kind of the first time I have ever really drilled it by myself, I did last weekend a little but with other people so it wasn't really much time I was just showed how to do it. But today I hit ripwalk! It was so awsome, I hit it right to left, and then worked franticaly and hit it left to right as well! I am extremely excited because ripwalk was that trick that when I started footbag I though, I can never hit that, or if I hit that I'll be good. Arg! It was so cool. I hit it three times right to left and once left to right

Had two more sessions. One of them on Saturday in Steve's "footbag room" and it was so cool. The floor in there is awsome for footbag. Plus I got ripwalk much more consistent while I was in there. Stepping set's really coming along. Then the session I had yesterday I hit stepping paradox mirage, not sure what the name is, but it's my 4th 4 add. I also practiced playing on the beat some which is always fun. It's kind of annoying though because I won't be able to play at stanford this Tuesday because I have this huge english final group project thing I have to do. I hate when school interferes with footbag.

Had another session today even though I couldn't go to stanford. I came home from school at like 7:00 because of my stupid english final group project. It will all be done with by Friday at least. I think I'm going to try and footbag every day this week. My legs arn't lasting up as long as they usually do because of the consecutive sessions, but I'm hoping after the week I will have improved a lot and have more endurance. Oh and I hit stepping paradox mirage again. Eventually I'll look it up and see what it's actually called. Um... not much other news, stepping sets are coming along ok. I hope I can play Sat. with some other people because Sun. is mother's day so I can't then. Oh well... Yep, that's pretty much it.

OK, had another session again today, but it was only like 40 minutes because it was raining, and I kept sliding around and I didn't want to hurt my self on the wet rock. I did break two of my records though. It was wierd I thought my infinity record was a lot more then 6 but oh well, today I hit 10 infinities too a hand catch because I was about to slip and fall on the wet stone. Then I hit 9 butterfly > paradox mirage so yeh that was cool. I think the former record was about 6 for that too. My endurance is deffenatly building up as well, which is nice. I mainly need to work on my osis because they are still pretty lame, I can hit like 3 alternating osis... but yeh good session.

Haha, my stupid english final group project is finnaly over, so I don't have to worry about it. I feel so relieved, especially since I got an A on it. How cool. Well in footbag news, I got to go over to Steve's house and play in his footbag room on Saturday, and like always it was super awsome. We freestlyed for a while, and I almost hit paradox drifter both sides and I did hit torque both sides. Torque looks so cool in my opinion, I want to get it really good. My osis are still pretty weak though, I really need to improve them. Um... yeh, then I played a bunch of two square and got whipped on every time. Oh well, at least I'm getting better at it. :D Oh yeh and I also saw Crash, which was an extremely good movie, you should all go see it.

I had a session on Tuesday over at Stanford like I do every tuesday. I had just taken a spanish final so I was stoked to play footbag. It was pretty cool I hit flipside torque once or twice and I was so close to paradox drifter and dlo I think they both bounced off my foot. I'll get them really soon, hopefully after the next time I really set my self down and attempt them. Then, I also had a session today which was really cool. I thought I would be sore after yesterday's sessions but it turned out that I was fine. It was really wierd because I almost hit stepping symposium paradox mirage on one side (not sure if good or bad) but I missed the hand catch. If that move is a 5 add though then it's such a lame 5 add, because I can't even hit stepping paradox mirage on that side so that's kind of wierd. Um... yeh again I almost hit DLO but I didn't try to hard this session. Oh and I made some progress on flip spins and flip DATW which is good because those have been the two tricks that have given me the most trouble on my bad side. So yeh my day's been pretty good so far.

Super cool session today. I didn't hit anything knew but I had some long strings. It was so cool. It started off good when my fist try at infinities I got 9 in a row. I played some more then hit 5 osis in a row which is my new record I think. After playing some more I tried stretching my ankles and then I hit 19 infinities in a row! That kills my previous record. It felt so good I was stoked. Then I played a bit more. Turned on the song I like to finish with because I can play to the beat really easily. I had a super long about every other contact being a three and a couple close to 10 guiltless combos which were awsome. Such a cool session.

OK so lets see... This weekend I didn't get to footbag. On friday me an my friends finished filming our tetris movie, so that should be up soon :D. On Sunday I went paintballing and was super tired afterwards, so I didn't get to footbag on Saturday. Then Sun. I was a little sick so I didn't footbag, but I was really mad that I couldn't so I sewwed 3 four pannel footbags. None of them were any good and they were all to small. Then today I sewwed another 4 pannel and I think this one is actually playable. Of course not too good, but deffenatly better. Then I sessioned today even though I didn't fell 100 percent. My legs felt really strong after 3 days of no footbag. I hit spinning clipper, pixie set mirage, and stepping set paradox mirage all on my bad side for the first time. The only move I can do one side now is DATW. I also tried my luck at wirling swirl, wirling osis, and paradox whirl. All feel pretty close so that's awsome.

I'm still feeling a little under the weather, but it was ok. I got to play for like two and a half hours at Stanford today. I felt so good while I was playing, but then as soon as I stopped I didn't feel so good. Oh well... while I was there I managed to hit backside symposium blur? I don't know the fancy name, it was stepping paradox symposium mirage, whatever that is. It's my first five add so that's awsome. I also managed to hit some ok lenght guiltless strings, and I hit spinning clipper in the middle of a guiltless combo which I had never done before. I hit blur some more on both sides too, there both pretty much the same. Um... I am working on paradox drifer, paradon, and DLO. I'll get them eventually though. The coolest thing though was me hitting ripwalk > ripwalk > hand catch. It felt so cool! I hit it a couple times sloppy but then once clean, or so I think. Now that I got home I sewwed another footbag so that put's my four pannel count up to 6. I really want to try sewwing a 32, but it seems a little to hard. I need some time dto devote to it.

So yeh let's see. I've had two sessions since last post. One monday and one today. I couldn't play this weekend though because I was camping, which is pretty cool. I've sewwed 9 4 pannels now and I'll post a picture of them all as soon as I sew my tenth one. Now onto freestyle... monday I played ok, I was a little tired, but it was ok. I managed to sidewalk on both sides right at the end of the session. Felt really cool, I also think I'll have a combo ready for the sick 3 competition which would be really cool. It will finnaly be geniuine too, and maybe even tripless, but I'm not sure yet what I can hit. Tuesday was pretty good. I played until 7:00 and was really tired. Steve did get me a google shirt, so it's all worth it. I hit sidewalk on both sides a couple more times, I also hit some guiltless runs with ripwalk in it. Um... yeh I hit paradox mirage > dimwalk > ripwalk which was my first 4>4 that was mid string or whatever. Yep cool day.

OK, so I finnaly got my picture of 10 four pannels online...

Left is first, and right is last with mr. sandman and footfighter for size comparission. I really need some kind of filler so if anyone has any suggestions please tell me. I'm gona try a 32 next. In other news I just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday and they told me I couldn't footbag for a week. I'm gona go stir crazy. I did get my sick 3 in on time. I relized that since I wasn't gona be able to play after friday that I had to hit it on thursday and I did. I actually hit two of them. The one I'm not using is symposium (the no plant one) mirage > dimwalk > ripwalk. I also hit paradox whirl for the first time. I'm pretty close to blurry whilr also, it doesn't seem much harder. I hit some more spins on my flip side, and almost spinning paradox mirage. I also almost hit stepping ss whirl which would be pretty awsome. Um... so yeh also we have a new movie up on our website involving me and the devil playing tetris, it's pretty awsome and you all should watch it... www.thrivepresents.com that's it...

Thanks man, I have leastened to that song a ton in the past couple of days. One of the most popular songs I like, I actually heard it on the radio 8O 8O 8O . But yeh so my wisdom teeth are fine, the operation went well and everything went ok. I didn't really swell and I haven't taken any of the pain medication they gave me. I don't like being on medicine and it didn't hurt so... Anyways they told me I couldn't footbag for a week, but I went to the green cup on Mon. It was the first tournament I had gone too and it was so awsome. I got introduced to so many cool people. I also got to play four square with Steve which is always fun, I have yet to beat him at two square though. Then I had an actualy session today at Stanford. My mom didn't want to let me go, but finnaly gave in but only for and hour and a half. I managed to hit paradox whirl a couple more times, and almost a few ripwalk > ripwalks. I didn't really seriously bust out the steppings because I didn't want to jar my mouth to much. Anyways it was great fun, and I got beat even more times by Steve at 2 square though. I got my all time high score of 9 points on him so I'll beat him soon.

Yeh, so my teeth are so stupid. What were they thinking growing in sideways, I mean come on! Anyways I played yesterday even though technicaly I'm not really supposed to. I was playing ok I got 8 guiltless and 9 guiltless, but dropped it on the 10th, I was so mad. Well not really mad because 9's still good but 10 would have been better. I also hit paradox mirage few more times. Um... not much except I at one point could feel my heart beating in my jaw so I took a little break. That was kind of scary. Anywas not too much footbagging because I'm not supposed to, but today that changes. I plan on ripping it up. Oh I also got this linux patch to run on my ipod and it's pretty cool. You can record from a line in so that means it's time for me to rip my records! I have been trying to figure out how to do this for a while. Records are so much cooler then cd's so I buy them when I can, but I can't put them on my ipod and it gets annoying. That's solved now. Woohoo. Oh also I thought up a really cool trick that I think I can hit. It's like a pardox mirage butterfly or something. Would this be frontside ripwalk. Oh well I'll find out by Tuesday.

Had a pretty sweet session today and yesterday. Lets see yesterday it was pretty cool because I beat my osis record and so now that's up to 12 which is really good seeing as my osis used to suck. I think it's getting better. Also I hit pixie osis which is cool, because I'm always up for new 4 adds, plus I can hit it into other things already so it's not that hard to put into runs. um. Lets see that was the highlights from yesterday, but today was even better. I showed my aunt and grandma what footbag was and they thought it was really cool. My first string for them was just me working up through the items so like alternating toes, then mirage and leg overs then butterflys and alternating clippers then BOPing then some big tricks bailed to toe stall, it was cool because it was super long. So yeh it was cool. I also hit a tiltless string involving BSOS ducking clippers 2 right 1 left which is really good for me since I've never really seriously schooled ducks. I'm still slowly but surely working on spins. Um... lets see oh the highlight was when I beat my tiltless record so now it's up to 14 it was just BOPing, ss butterfly (are these bopping?) a symposium mirage or two, and maybe a whirl. So yeh it was really cool though. Also yesterday I hit the combo i've been trying for a long time it was. ss butterfly > infinitie > ss butterfly >infinity > whirl > infinity > whirl > infinitie > hand chatch. I don't know, I've been trying it for a while and I think it's cool. So yeh good session.
