Worlds 2004 by U-Nanime.Works!!

Post by Leuch »

Here is the link of the Video Pierre Bardeau and Fred Touzelet did about Worlds 2004. It has been done for OFQJ, which is an association in Montréal. that's why it's not 100% hardcore footbag... but it's really very very nice...
All comments are welcome of course... I'll transmit..
It is 16:27 min long and 166Mo.

Enjoy!

Hmmm, there're working on it those days, but I don't think there'll be a lot of footbag... It should be ready soon...

yo dude, way to go. that's a nice video, and it's also nice that i'm downloading it over FTP with speeds well above 100kbps. that's what i'm talking about! screw footbag.org hosting - everyone should post their huge, DVD quality movies on the archive! I hate movies that are like, twenty minutes long and saved as a 15mb .wmv file.

anyway, sorry to always start ranting about this, but Leuch, that video was awesome. Hope to see more from you.

edit: I'm so glad there was that footbag net footage. I loved that shot right around 8 minutes where the guy does a crazy bycicle cick spike and the other team points in awe then starts clapping. i love when competition is friendly.

Yessssssssssssssssssssssssss!

I love all of U-nanime.Works works! Their film production and editing skills are miles ahead of anyone else's I've seen in the scene--They can make mediocre shred look awesome, and sick shred... well, watch this!

I really love the balance between competition and shred footage, too, it's very informative of our sport (even more so if you speak fluent French, I would imagine).

Thank you!

Well, that video is not from me, but you're right, it's awsome...
It is Fred Touzelet and Pierre Bardeau who have made it. The creators of Buda's Best, Sick03 and Footjam03..

That spike from Manu Bouchard is crazy!

I'm glad to see the download is quick!

Still downloading but I am soo excited to see this!!!! :) I am looking at the movie scenes thing in the link and everything looks so cool! I hope there is lots of great footage (including footage of Vasek!). Can't wait to watch it!!!!! :P

EDIT: Man, that was such a great video!! I loved the camera angles used! They're different from all the other videos I watch! Although I saw some of the shred in other videos before (especially Vasek's), it was interesting to see it again in a different angle! Thanks a lot for the video! Vasek's combos are freakin' insane!!

This is the way shred videos should be.
I wish I spoke French.
Anyway, Leuch mention that these guys did Buda's Best...what other stuff have they done, dvds in particular. Just this video was better than NBK.

some of Fred and Pierre's better know videos...
"Footjam03" - VHS (and i think they are going to put it out on DVD, some one correct me if i'm wrong)
"Buda's Best" European Championships 2003 - VHS (It was 2 parts; Buda's Best of Shred and Buda's Best of Competition, and i think Buda's Best of Shred is going to be on the same DVD as Footjam03)
"Sick 03" - DVD (The sickest footage from 2003, taken from Todexon 4, Worlds 04, Footbag camp croatia, and various other sessions around europe)

from what i know there is a Footjam 04 footbag documentary in the works. no idea what the ETA on that is. i bet Charles could better inform us about their up coming projects... hint hint...

HOLY CRAP!!!

That was the best footbag video I have ever seen bar none.

Now this is professional, pro filming, pro editing.

If we want footbag to get as big as skating, we need more professional videos like this one. Great job guys!

Where can we get this? Any North American distributors? I don't own Buda's Best, but I'm hesitant to buy a VHS, which is the only format it was available in at freedomfootbags the last time I checked.

Edit: That was an awesome vid, by the way. Honza's consecutive motions and the bicycle spike were the best.

SPECTACULAR.

I like how they caught the feel of Tam Tams too.

I would ramble on for days about all the things I liked if I went into detail.

Superb.

well thats the best thing about footbag Stephen. its my favorite part. i've always hated playing sports with so much competition, like footbag, baseball, track, cross country. i didnt really get into those to much in highschool because i didnt like all the competitiveness and such. thats why i love footbag! its so relaxing and everyone tries to get everyone else to do better! even the person your competing against.

yes the video, 15mins till DL :)
