phoenix>ps whirl
pixie paradon>pdx mirage>repeat
blurriest b2b!!! (first time with a controlled seal)
osis> ripwalk bsos
diving clipper>ripwalk>repeat
strong side gravedigger>run
grifter>grifter!!! (first time for this)
pdx grifter on both sides, then BSOS 8O

I had a shitty session today, highlighted by some close calls, some angry thoughts, and a couple of cool combos.

-grifter>flip torque , grifter> pdx torque (first time)
-ooh ooh barraging far osis (crispy barroque) (first ever!)
-nemesis touched my foot
-whirr>blender
-whirr>tombstone
-spinning pdx dlo>small run
-about 40 straight drops on ripped warrior
-not a single mobius hit today
-flip whirls suddenly hurts my knee
-janiwalker>wauxpin off my foot about 15 times, never hitting it
-janiwalker>janiwalker rolls off

I just had a pretty fun late night session. I played in the small workrout facility at my apartment complex. I was just playing for fun, not trying to hit anything spectacular, but more cool links.

One thing I tried to hit but couldnt manage was 4 consec barflies, which pissed me off slightly, seeing as how ive hit 6 two or three different times. Oh well, next time.

I am really pleased with the way my torques are coming along. I am able to hit the regular original version out of pretty much all 3 and 4 add moves, and some 5s too. Today i managed ripstein>torque twice. Also, my paradox torques are getting slightly better, although i still miss 66% of them in runs and combos. I feel like the ones I miss are closer now to being hit.

Well, now for what was hit:
-drifter> down double and drifter>barfly in same run
-blurriest>pdx dlo both sides
-blurriest>pdx dlo>paradon (one side)
-grifter>wauxpin (my styliest combo ever!)
-flip superfly 6 times, at least three sealed, all with osis . . .
-and . . . . . . . . . . . . 24 consecutive RIPWALKS 8O

That is my ripwalk record by sooooo many. i think my previous high was like 13 or 14 . . . i frikkin' demolished it! My legs were moving crazy fast and during the run, I actually felt like Allan Hagget, seriously. I thought to myself, "Whoa, this is just like Allan Hagget!" and then i dropped like 5 ripwalks later

Well, I had a fun tim in LA this weekend at the movie shoot. Got to meet lots of cool people, and reunite with others. I dont want to make an extensive post of all that wnt down, for that, read Moxie's blog. Ill post a few things that I hit:

-janiwalker>whirlygig>run
-haze>tapping whirl>run
-whiRRing swirl>run, 2 different times, witnesses by BAP and Non-BAP alike!
-some pretty good shuffle runs too, almost ps whirl>symp whirling swirl
-flip superfly again

Today i was excited to hit gyro dlo bsos. But, I was not excited that i was unable to hit janiwalker.blurriest>superfly. In fact, I didnt even get a good set to try the superfly from . . . Anyway, I had a pretty good session today because i was able to give Amelia a lot of tips and help her to try a lot of new things. She was really in to receiving the advice and help, which was nice for a change  She hit a couple of really cool things that were new for her and almost hit a super cool move!

Also, i hit pdx dlo>toe blender right at the end of the session and it was hard but i managed it when very tired. Oh oh, also I footed haze>pigbeater twice, so close, and i footed fog>smog on both sides.

For the past 4 days, Ive had fairly large blisters on the soles of my feet from a rather intense basketball endeavor. thus I havent really been able to footbag too much or too hard. By attempting to play, I figured out that the only moves I can really hit, without causing what feels like shearing my epidermis from the soles of my feet, are ducking non dexing moves ending in clipper. Thus, I went for consecutive everything having to do with alpine and clipper.

I hit 17 consecutive ducking clippers, by far my record! Also, I hit 5 weaving clippers, 8 diving clippers, 2 zulu clippers, a couple flip diving clippers, and couple flip weaving clippers. Ive always felt as if duckng and diving was one of my weaker components (as well as spinning) so I guess Ill start to school them a bit more so feel confident in being able to link 5 uniques or so at any given time midrun.

Thanks for reading. Countdown to graduation 27 hours, 29 minutes.

I didn`t know you were a baller Jeremy! What position do you play?

Lately I`ve also been focussing on spinning and ducking dexless clipper play, but for a different reason: all my shred shorts I left in Tokyo, and all I have are super baggy shorts.

Anyway, I was just wondering if you have any interest in racing me to see who can hit 10 consec unique dexless first. Or any related challenges.

I will accept that challenge, although I think Ive never gotten more than 4 or so.

And yes, I am an amateur "baller". Every saturday morning, I play b-ball with the profs and faculty from my now ex-speech department. Its quite fun.

Its great to block the shots of child language gurus and steal from the husband of voice specialists, or even drive on the director of the children's clinic in which you work!

On a footbag note, Im about to go skool spins a little bit, and some hardcore ducks and dives

EDIT: gyro clipper x5, my "new" record for that move.

Continuing to work on dexless combos until blisters on feet are completely healed. Today's 1 hr session results include:

Run 1: gyro clip> weaving clip> gyro clip> ducking clip> diving clip> spinning clip >ducking clip> ducking clip

Run 2: 10 dexless contacts (first 6 unique)

Run 3: 7, then 8 gyro clippers consecutively(beats yesterday's record of 6)

Run 4: 9 dexless contacts, 8 unique consecutively

Run 5: weaving clip> zulu clip> weaving clip> zulu clip> gyro clip> gyro clip> diving clip> ducking (drop)

All in all, a very good session, considering prior to yesterday, I'd never hit more than 5 unique dexless moves.

Consecutive gyro clippers are SOO much harder than they seem!
I just read this page of your blog for the first time -- I totally thought Teddy Ruxpin too! I watched that show every single day when I was little! It's about the bear and his caterpillar and scientist friends who fly around in an airship, and was always followed by "Gummy Bears" in the mornings :)

Thanks for the view Chan.

EDIT: 3 new moves today:

-spinning ducking pdx mirage (sealed to a run)
-diving dlo (sealed twice to small runs)
-ducking pdx dlo 8O

The second one  was my first ever dlo after a duck or a dive! The third move was my second (dlo after an alpine that is) ! Ive been working on that for sooo long, almost 3 years now, and today was the day!

I had another good session today. Hit only 1 new move, fairy dlo, i think it was my flip but Im not sure because both fairy sets suck. On the other side I hit fairy ss dlo. Also, I hit a couple more diving dlos, so Im sure that yesterday's feat was not a fluke. Lets see . . . what else. Well the gyro clippers have been paying off a lot. Today I was able to hit gyro butterfly (w/o planting) on both sides fairly quickly and easily. So, I increased the level of difficulty and I began to try gyro butterfly>blur. After a couple clse calls on strong, i tried "flip" and I hit it second try. Then I proceeded to hit that combo on my trong side near after. Then I hit gyro butterfly> gyro butterfly 8O 8O 8O ! That was the frikkin' bomb! later I had this pretty good run starting with haze and ending with flip smog. Most of my runs were short today tho.

Lastly, I hit blur> smear> fear> atomsmasher> legbeater on one side, but couldnt repeat it. That will be my goal for the near future I think, and I have to figure out how to incorpotare a toe blur in there and then Ill have all of the major dbl dexing mirage tricks there are in a run.

EDIT: stepping whirl> steping whirl (pretty easily actually)

Ted,
Thats a disgusting pic. I like the wacko pic of you much better. In in CA, call me like Al Green foo!

Related:
In a sesison with Aaron Orton (Maraxus) I hit some cool stuff, none of it new, but all cool nonetheless.

-spinning blender (shady IMO)
-ATOMIC MERKON (1st try)
-Atomic gyro pickup (1st try)
-jonny quest aka neutron smasher (1st try)
-tapdown swirl (1st try)
-smoke>symp whirl
-some fairly good shuffle runs
-some good midrun fairy stuff (no fairies to start runs tho)
-something>cloud stall>cloud set whirl (?) . . . I think it was whirl
-a couple of whirrs, an original bs toe blur
-ZULU ATOM SMASHER (Atomic diving op mirage)
-ducking clip>ducking clip>spinning clip>spinning butterfly >spinning osis, which was nice because I rarely hit anything from a spinning butt.

Thats all I can remember, those are the highlights of my sesion anyway. Aaron also hit some sweet stuff, but you'll need to check his blog for that hein. Thanks for reading
