Have you tried Footbagging Underwater without a footbag?
You know like just pretend shred/Shadowhacking.
I think it is the best way to get better at footbag when you are injured.

back in the 80's as kids ...and i have tried submarine shreddin
aswell.
I think it can be helpful, especially, when you do any
dexes, where the rotation part or the timing isnt really there
yet ( in my case, that would be datws and swirls ).
Its kinda funny, cause i'll be swimming in an hour and
i'll meet my team mates for a shred tonite, thanks 4
reminding me of the fun nuiverse of aquatic pre shredding,
i hit some clean barflies in the pool

I was doing it this summer, when going to swimming-pool.
I was swimming for 45 minutes, and then underwater shredin' for 15 minutes... This is the way I learned whirls! And it really helps your technique and developes the muscle your using when doing dexterities.
And helps balance too - especially if you're shredin' in the sea or oceans.

I've played underwater with a ring that people throw into water and it slowly sinks and then people dive and catch the ring if you know what I mean (probably not). Anyway, it's cool to play with one of those cause when you set it underwater you have couple seconds before you have to catch or it hits the bottom of the swimming pool. And couple seconds is A LOT. I remember hitting tricks like Whirl with eight dexes or something. Cool times.Matt Cross wrote:It seems like it might be fun to play with a heavy chainmail hack underwater, has anyone tried this?
Nobody probably understands this reply...

Yeah i do this alot, I swim and play waterpolo so I'm around the pool quite a bit. In water polo the kick you do to tread water is called eggbeater which is a similiar out to in motion as the footbag eggbeater.

I'm not sure - you should be able to do a poll if you do it in the first post, but I don't think you can add one later. If you send me a message or post it here of the poll you want and the exact options I'll put it in for you!ShredOnLawn wrote:I tried to put a poll for this topic. What's the deal?
Regarding underwater shredding - I don't go swimming very often but I air shred all the time so when I am swimming - there's a good chance I'll airshred too. I also once got really close to a 5 times around the world jumping off a 10 metre board - but that shits hard and pretty much impossible to stall.
I'm sure "water shredding" would be really good for you.
I've played around wtih under water shredding but haven't really trained. I was in a 6ft. pool at the YMCA one time, and i was trying some moves. the wate was a bit deep, i couldn't get ahold of the ground well since im only 5'11". I tried it in a 3.5ft. pool and that was a little bit low. I still had some cool shreds though
