who is your favorite team, who is your favorite players?,
id have to say my favorite team right now is AC milan, my favorite strikers are andriy shevchenko, jimmy floyd hasslebaink, and thiery henry. My favorite mid fielders are, pavel nedved, emre, ronaldinho,and pablo aimar, and frank lampard my favorite defenders are, nesta, cannavaro, campbell, and cafu, Id have to say my favorite goalkeeper is Dida due to his fantastic saves, then buffon. i have many more favorites as well , who are your favorites?

HEY!!! I love soccer!! One of my favorite teams is also AC Milan! Maldini is amazing, Shevchenko is crazy! Nesta is a damn good defender! I like your choice of Nedved as one of your favorite midfielders (he's one of mine too!). I also like Cristiano Ronaldo from Man U...he's young and his footwork and ball handling is already superb! Henry is one of the best strikers...some of his shots are unbelievable!! I've always liked Scholes and van Nistlerooy as well; they're really amazing players, in fact all of the players on Man U work really well with each other!

I'd like to get into soccer, any suggestions? I mean as like a fan and stuff, not a player. It just seems like something cool to be interested in, and it's loosely related to footbag.

I have always been a fan of the RED DEVILS! Ever since this UEFA Cup match in 1998 I believe. It was Bayern Munich and ManU. it was the 90th minute. ManU was down 2-1. A team that I dislike is Real Madrid. Mainly because they have all the stars. And what has that done for them, not much. They have been losing games against weak teams. And sometimes they shine and win against stronger teams. Like they beat Barcelona recently.But that was just luck. With so many great players on the team, some talents are wasted. Like Owen for example, who is benched a bunch of the time. It would have been better if Madrid never bought him, and he stayed at liverpool, where he would surely get playing time. Eventhough I don't like Madrid, one of my all time favorite players plays there. Roberto Carlos. One of the greatest defenders of the world. And he has one hell of a shot. Like the one in the 94 world cup , against Italy i think it was. who could have thought that a soccer ball can be curved like that with such control.
I agree with you guys that Henry is an amazing striker. He is really quick on the ball and can shoot with both feet. He has the potential to take free kicks and score. He can pass when he needs to, and can scores goals from the most difficult angles.
And now fucking Ronaldhino, what can i say about him. He's like the Jorden of soccer. Full of creativity. Some of the stuff he does with the ball is freakin crazy. He handles the ball perfectly at fast speeds and under pressure. He is a great leader. He can pretty much play any position, i'd say he's the new Maradona. Maybe even Pele. being brazilian and all, it would be better i say hes the next pele. Id ont think that we need another maradona ...
About the games. I have played the FIFA series since 96 or 97 I don't remember exactly. Fifa has been great and is one of the best sports franchises (for me). It does have it's flaws, but it has been improving over the years. In like Febuary i played winning eleven (WE) 7&8. And I must say that it too is awesome. Now does it surpass FIFA, yes it does. The handling in WE is much better then in FIFA. At all times you know that you have control of the ball, and you can always direct which you way you want to pass it. However WE does have its flaws. Like I for instance, don't like how the computer, pretty much, switches the played for you when you are on defense. But other then that, WE is a better game, however for those who are just getting into soccer, I would recomend FIFA because it is much more user friendly and newb friendly for that matter. Just an easier game overall, unlike WE where it's better off to be familiar with soccer games to succeed.
