I think it would best to just choose one logo - although it will be a really tough choice.

I think the coolest thing would be to have a script load up a random image every time you load up the page, I did this on a home webpage I made and it was fun cuz i used to always throw in funny new pictures as a splash screen and people would laugh when it was a new one...

As opposed to one that randomly changes every 4 seconds or something like that

I kind of like the idea of having a different logo each time the page loads. There are so many nice submissions here, it's hard to pick out just one.

I can make it so it rotates through a bunch of logos. I would probably want to avoid putting in any "MS Paint" ones. I'd also think it'd be cool if people would like put their screenname in a lower corner.

anything is better than PHPBB. and yes, you can have more than one logo - although if it's rotating you'd probably refer to it as "masthead", which is entirely acceptible in my opinion.

If your favorite sports team came out each game with a new logo, what would you think of that?

I don't wanna be a killjoy or anything here, but I don't see the point of a rotating logo. Contries don't have rotating flags, even though there are tons of cool flags you could rotate through. The flag is there as some kind of symbolic representation of the country for its people. If it changed all the time, what would be the point?
