I would say eat plenty of carbs and calories before your exercise (I'm told, so that your body burns these and not your actual muscles [bad]), and after you workout eat a bunch of protein and rest.
I guess buy a weightset or join a gym and stuff.

After training you should eat more carbs than befor, If you wan't gain some muscle mass. A lot of proteins you should eat in other meals.

I can gain muscle mass with easy... I don't know.. it just comes without too much work. But I don't wan't this muscle mass so I don't exercise :P And if I do, I do it only for strenght, with many repeats, not too much weight. Muscle mass isn't too good for footbag. What I need is pure strenght ...

Why would carbs play any part in gaining muscle?

Because if you have too low carbs, you will be use energy from proteins for recovery, and you don't want that. After a weight training you should eat about 90 g of carbs in the first 45 minutes after. That will make you recovery faster and you will use all the proteins you have eat earlier, and will eat later, for it. So all the proteins will be used for building muscles.

Same way you get better at footbag. Practice on your own doing basics (yoga & pushups & running & such to build metabolism/endurance) and then go chill with people who are good at it. Walk up and introduce yourself as a newb asking for basic tips and tricks advice. Also, there are a few things onhttp://www.askmen.com I just remembered-when weightlifting, proper form is a requirement-and stretch a lot. Also, when lifting, lift with a partner-always!

3-4 reps w/heavy weight=builds mass
6-8 reps w/medium weight=builds strength
9-10 reps w/light weight=tone

Heavy/medium/light are all determined by the fact that you can do 4 full reps/8 full reps/12 full reps in 3 sets

I think eating carbs before is correct, but I havnt looked it up (too lazy). Carbs are for energy and will be burned during the workout. Remember, your mucles grow when they are resting, NOT working! Protien is for building muscles, which will happen after you have worked out. If you are thinking about doing heavy weights and low reps, I would advise to do more reps and less weight first for the first month. This helps build fibers and muscles used for balance which will help you with the bigger weights.

Lifting every other day is recomended for people just starting out. Do certain mucle groups one day and others another day. Change your reps/weight every 2 weeks to prevent your body to getting used the same thing (you want to "shock" your body into growth, not get used to it and not grow).

A very good site is: http://www.musclegaintips.com/

Also, if you are getting a more serious about this, the "Body Sculpting Bible For Men" book is pretty good. It goes through everything and more.

Just a few tips

And after lifting, wait a full 48 hrs to work those muscles again-otherwise your progression will turn to digression
