Had a nice sess this morning

hit flip ripwalk
and hit blur mid run and footed ripwalk in the same string.

My string lenght has always been pretty long, but now my 3's a getting in there bs. I think i hit this run with dlo bs, osis bs, datw in, datw out, ducking clipper bs lots of butters and pdx mir, smear bsos etc.

footbag is great.

Going to bbq tonight at a friends place.

Goal One is to not do drugs

Goal two is not to hit the town.

Well i didn't do any drugs, i didn't hit the town, had a great time talking to great people until 3am in the morning, and i feel good enough to have a shred.

HOW GOOD IS LIFE FOLKS. :P

Hit flip blur for the first time, it was so easy.

ANd did lots of good solid drilling.

How good is hard nrg music folks.
