To those who where lavers all the time.
To those who where lavers all the time.
I wear my lavers a lot. To school, work, wherever... When I wear a different pair of shoes, say skate shoes, or running shoes, I find my back hurts? I think it is cause the arch of my foot has gotten so used to the footbed of lavers, and when I wear others, it sets off my posture? Anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried using the same insoles in your other shoes as you wear in your lavers?tstep84 wrote:I wear my lavers a lot. To school, work, wherever... I get knee pain when I wear only lavers for days at a time. I was just reading that wearing the same pair of shoes everyday is supposed to help cause shin splints.
Plus:
Yum.“Wearing the same shoes everyday, particularly training shoes that prevent the feet from breathing easily, will encourage the growth of fungus. Shoes absorb sweat and need at least twenty-four hours to dry out, so try alternating the shoes you wear every other day if possible.”

Yea, I don't really have the problem with shin splints. Yea, I will try the insoles thing, cause I have different insoles that give more support in my lavers. Funny that you mention the things about fungus. Mine started to wreak. I bleached them and washed them, but the smell still lingered... For everyone else who has this smelly shoe problem, wash them... and if that doesn't work, OZIUM. <----- This stuff is great.
