I'm gonna try to be there, and bring two friends also. Depends if my friend has a soccor tourny that weekend or not, if not, we'll all be there.

is there going to be intermediate comps as well? I looked on the official site and none were mentioned, but I could be retarded seeing as how I thought the seven was a one and was freaking out about how it was a week away...

Anyway, the P-town crew will be there regardless, Red said that he was going, so I'm in, I think that Jake and Noah are going as well, possible Andrew.

Hopefully you are not asking for your own sake. Anyone who can hit Fairy Barroque is open. :D

I know... I realized that a while back, it's more for Jake and because I like watching the comps. Also, between me and you, I've never actually hit Fairy s Barroque consistantly, I make the contact, but it's REEEEEEALY hard to stick. Anyway, If you guys are there, that's good enough for me.

It could be me getting carried away but I am going to try to be there, the only problem is I would have to leave my area after work on Friday (around 9pm ish and drive all night to get there just to have to leave late early Sunday morning...... I however am still considering it.... yeah, I am crazy, I just feel like I am going to miss everything else but Folklife, I might as well get out of the state at least ONCE this year.

Any RCS peeps want in?

I/we would definetly need a place to stay/keep whatever belongings we bring.
Its all or nothing

Well the event didn't have much of a turnout, but the shred was fun. I've never played with Jim before, and I now realize that he is a BEAST!!! He's soooo consitant and hit some crazy shiz. We (and by we I mean the portland crew) arrived around 1:00 am on firday/saturday and had a sesh until about 3:00 am

The next day we woke up around noon and got to the festival where we shredded some more. Sonce there wasn't that many players, the only competition was a demo rippin run. I don't remember much about the people in the rippin run, so hopefully someone will be able to correct my mistakes:

Round one: Daryl and someone (maybe Noah, or jake)
Daryl won
Round two: Me and Jim
Jim won, but I had a at least 20 contacts (it was funny cuz after I dropped he started bustin fives)
Round three: Red and the other guy (was it jake, or was it noah this time?) but regardless red won

Finals: Red, Daryl, and Jim
Daryl won (It was rigged!!! j/k... Daryl is the pixie master, and hit a really good run, plus the stage was all slippery)

I forgot to mention that Noah missed the first move... a butterfly... his best preformance yet  but he redeemed himself afterwards with some crazy shred.
