how long will you play footbag/post on modified for?

I see myself playing hack casually for a looong time, well into my 40s. I am already losing interest in trying to progress, just the fact that i can do tiltless strings that can dazzle random people is fine with me, but playing hack will never get old.

I am going to play until i can play no longer, and when i am too old, i will teach people technique and moves, and try to get a great shred scene so i can see the newbies become pros. I will probably take up stitching once i get old and bored with being bored, and sell them for cheap. Just enough to make more.

What Henry said. I would very much like to still be involved with footbag after I retire the Lavers. Until then, I shall be taking good care of my body to prolong that inevitability!

Well I guess it's all a matter of commitment. If you go into a relationship thinking "well this will be fun for a while"... chances are, it'll only last for a while. On contraire, if you approach the relationship as if it is eternally forever then chances are, it'll last forever.

I think I'll be playing for a few more years, until I find something else to be obsessed about. Maybe something I can do more than 3-4 hours a day on average!!

I think I'm in it for life, it would be a huge waste to just stop one day or quit. If I can't stop when I'm hurt now, I don't think I'll stop when I'm too old either, quite possibly the first footbag fatality waiting to happen

I agree with James on this one. I'll play until I physically can't. (legs fall of, heart attack, etc.) I don't think I could just stop playing and just watch others play. It would be torture.

took the words right outa my mouth...ive put to many countless hours of practice in to just one day decide im going to quit...im allways going to be involved in the footbag scene in some way or form.

ive been playing hacky sack since i dont know...15-16...maybe earlier. im 28 now and ive been playing footbag for 2+ years give or take now. my knees arent shot yet so i dont see any reason to stop...plus im sexy in short shorts and lavers with really tall socks!
