I had a short, 123 minutes long session (123 is nice number :P). It was just a pacemaker-shred for tomorrow. I'm going to shred hard tomorrow ;]

Anyway... After long warmup (about 30 minutes) I drilled my Pixie and Fairy sets. I have hit::

 Pixie ss Mirage b2b BS

I wanted to hit Smear > Pixie ss Mirage but couldn't afford it.

New tricks:

 Spinning Paradox Illusion - BS
 Gyro Whirl (ended on right side whirl, set from left side clip)

Doing new trick on every session is a part of my playing philosophy now. It just gives me even more fun from shredin'. I don't consecrate much time for new tricks, and it's not about doing huge, hard tricks. Lon wrote somewhere that one of BAP members said something like: it don't have to be hard, it should be just tricky... or something like that. I will find that quote, and ask Lon, who said that.

I think that I will not able to go to the Polish Pomerania Freestylers meeting, to Słupsk. I'm so busy with school. So much to do for next week, and so much to learn for tests, there will be at least 4 tests in nesxt week :(

:( I had diarrhoea and stomach aches in the morning :( I didn't go to school because of that. I don't know if I'll shred today. I don't even know if I would have the power. I'm eating only rolls with butter the whole day. And rice with butter for the dinner.
It's so warmly today. It would be so greate day for outdoor session. But I had a true bad luck...
Now everything looks to be ok, but I don't know if my parents will let me to shred.

Had a 158 minutes session today. It wasn't a good session. My strings are shit. I don't know why.

Of course new trick:
 Spinning Paradox Mirage BS - I wanted to do something else that trick with Illusion, so what would be bether than mirage, which is reverse Illusion? :P
 Fairy ss Illusion BS - I don't know if I have hit it before, so I consider it new. It's just so easy :P

And with strings is only one poor thing:
 Gyro Mirage BSOS

I wanted to hit some cool links, but, as I said before, I suck at strings now. I just don't know why. Maybe I need some rest? I think that I have to go to shred in the town centre. I think that it should push me to bust some nice, long runs. But it is too cold now. The forecasts were so good for this weekend, but they are definately wrong :(, unfortunately.

I'm not going to shred tomorrow. I was shredin' for over 10 hours this week. Actualy the sum o my training time is 10 hours 6 minutes :P
I think that 10 hours a week is the optimal training time for me. I always notice the best progress with this time.

I need to reduce my trainings time a little bit for some time, because I need to work for some good grades a little bit.

I wrote, that I will not shred today? Nevermind, I lay :P

120 minutes training today.

 Atomic Legover BS - I realized, that I never tried this one :P I always was schooling my Atomic set on Atomsmashers and Legbeaters...
 Stepping far Pickup BS - smiliar situation as with Atomic LO. It feel greate. Cool move.
 Spinning Ducking Clipper BS - I have hit only Spinning Ducking Butterfly on one side, and only once before. So almost new concept for me.

And about strings
 Spining Clipper BSOS - i think it is first time.
 Muted Magellan > Fairy muted Clipper > Pdx Illusion > Fairy ss Osis > Pdx Mirage > Ducking Mirage > Butterfly > Ducking Clipper > Shmoe > DLO > Butterfly > Revup - it just felt cool

... but it was really weak session. I really need some breake time. Few days. I don't have power in my legs. They aren't fresh enought to shred good. Shred with weak legs isn't fun enough. Seriously.. I will not shred at least untilm Thursday. I dont lie this time :P

But it's so hard to not shred when reading all this blog. Especially Setman's and Olav's... They are making me jealous... So jealous that I need to shred... They're learning so fast. It's not fair. Olaf is learning over 3 times faster than I. Everything comes just so easy for them. I must practice so mad long and so mad hard to play on my weak level...

Ok. I'm starting my rest time. So ... see ya.

Later,
Pawel.

I did Peter Brocka cut mod to my lavers. I will test how it works on my next shred - maybe on thursday on monday. But the first impression is that I can crank a little bit more. We'll see.

After reading Setman's blog I realized that I forgot about 2 (generally about 4) new tricks, which I had hit yesterday and the day before yesterday:
 Nuclear ss Pickup
 Muted Nuclear ss Pickup
 Nuclear ss Mirage
 Muted Nuclear ss Mirage

Not hard tricks, but cool. Especiall the muted ones.

I'm going to not exercise on my gym lesson tomorrow, and on wednesday. I will tell the teacher, that my ankle hurts :P

This is everything for today.

I ate a lot of pasta for dinner today. With tomato sauce. Pasta with tomato sauce is my favourite dinner.... I'm eating a lot this days. I wan't to gain some more weight (during last two months I gained about 2 kilograms. I stillneed to gain about 4...

I got a invitation from my three girl friends (I don't know how to say it in english... :P They aren't my girlfriends, just my female friends...) to their 18th birthday party. Ughm... it'll be, no doubt, hardcore... I just know them too long to not know that...

Of course I'll not drink too much there. Two beers only... But.... I'll be hardcor no matter of that... I'm just sure about that... Something like full perversion, in other meaning of this word... or maybe literally? :P

I'm after a session ;] I was shredin' for 2 hours 28 minutes.

My legs were fresh and strong! Good feeling ;] It was a decent shred. BROCKCUT did its work! My clippers are mor confident now! And the best things, that lavers are much more comfortable after this mod!

Before this mod I used to set the bag foward, so it was going from my body. And now, almost always, I set the bag straight up. Good mod.

New trick
 Paradox Double Legover

News stuff:
 Ducking Mirage > Magellan - I don't know why I did it... I just did Ducking Mirage and the without thinking my leg did Magellan :P
 Dimwalk > Rev-up + Ducking Mirage + Toe set Ducking Clipper - one string
 DATW In-out + DATW Out-in - one string (first time I did DATW both ways in one string

And I did lots of quite long runs wit a lot of BOP's - they felt really comfortable. Flip osis was better than ever.

I wrote Math test today. I think that I did it well ...

An average, 159 minutes long, training. I didn't hit anything cool. Some good things, but not cool...

New move:
 Smog - I footed it in December for the first time, but then I stoped trying it... And today I hadn't any idea for new move...

Links and other stuff:
 Fiary ss Mirage > Butterfly > Stepping far Pickup > ... run... - Stepping far Pickup midstring for the first time
 Muted Fairy Clipper > Blender - nice feeling.. Blender was controlled and I think that I could keep going, but just catched bag with my hand...
 Muted Pixie Clipper > Rev. Swirl - not sure if I have hit it before...

I was trying a few other things, but without succes.

Now I'm going to watch World Snooker Championships on Tv... Is anybody watching snooker? I really like watching it... I saw broadcasts from every rank tournament this year.

Good session today! Before the training I thought that it will be shit and I will don't do well... But... After long warmup, and doing 32 flip consecutive mirages, that were actually the first 32 mirages I did this day I started to shreding...

On several last sessions I was angry because of my lack of consistency so... The best way to make consistency better is doing drills... so I did:
 Ducking Clipper > Spinning Clipper [rpt]
 Merkon > Butterfly > [rpt]
 Ducking Clipper > Whirl [rpt]
 Spinning Clipper > Butterfly [rpt]

But my consistency was actually good today... I repeated Butterfly > Pdx Mirage 8 times on first try... So... 16 conntacts to hand catch with easy...
On every single try I did about 10 consecutive butterflies... Everything was ok... I did a few nice combos too, but I don't remember much of them... I remember only:
 Atomsmasher + Barfly in one run
 Omelette BSOS

What is the thing to make good session even better? Of cours hit new move... And if the move isn't too easy, it's even better...

 Griter BS - 3 times on every side, so I can consider this move done... I need to master it now...
 Matador - flipside - so now I can hit it BS... Nuclear on both sides is good thing, I think... Now I need to hit Nuclear Illusion - I'll be really hapy about that...

I don't even feel tired... I'm really happy about my endurance and strenght... It was third training in a row, and each was over 2 hours and 30 minutes (even if only a few minutes over this time, it's still over...).. This training was 168 minutes long...

Now I'm watching movie, and snooker game at the same time... So I have to be focused...

Had next session today... 2 hours and 36 minutes... It was just average, but I expected that...

Nothing special... Just several quite nice strings in the first hour... Nothing is worth to write it here...

I hadn't any idea for new trick to hit today... Nut of course I have hit new trick, and even tricks :P
 Gyro Pincher - hehe... :D
 Gyro Legover - I'm almost sure, that I haven't hit it before, or at least I hadn't hit it with my right leg.
 flipside Twirl - I'm happy because now I have hit it both sides.. The other side one is quite good and consistent.

Beside that I was schooling my Torque a little bit. It's very hard move for me... But I'm sure it will be better with time and practice...
I drilled Paradons nad Barflies too. I haven't work on them much lately, so I lost so consistency with them... It's all about consistency, so I need to school them more often than now.

Now a few days breake... I did the over 10 hours a week norm again. And I will do it in next week too :P

I had 5 days breake. It was so long, because I hurt my right hip flexor on gym lesson.

My legs were fresh, so I thought that it'll be good session. I went to my summer spot (it was really warmly today)... I'm happy that I went there, because the air was better there than in the town centre... The air in the city felt heavy and it was really sultry... I would be exhausted after 20 minutes when playin' in the town...

But close to the sea it was perfectly. I put on my shred clothes and lavers did some fast warmup with kicking and tiltless strings.

I have hit:
 Pixie Whirl - first try ever... I didn't even thought about this move before...

Links:
 Dimwalk > Drifter > Torque - my Torque felt way better today. I think, that I'll be able to do this move with some consistency in the near future

And I can list anythin else... Why? Because everything was so mad consistent... I wasn't dropping on BOP's... I did some 10+ contacts guiltless runs with almost every touch with the bag... And I think that there was a few over 20 contacts... I was able to put some nice 4's into runs with no problem. If I lost controll on some move I was able to regain in on the next... I'm really happy with such session. It was intense. You know... It was only 2 hours 20 minutes, but I was shredding all the time, without rest... It was something like: 10+ contacts runs, drop, pick up the bag, 10 contacts run, pick up the bag, 3 superfly attempts, run, drop, run, drop... almost 2,5 hours of nonstop shreding...

Everything was on consistent level... Yeah.. It's all about consistency... I can't wait for next shred...

Thanks Mitya. Nice to know that at least one person reads this blog :P And about my philosophy... It's still evolving, and I have any idea how it will look like after a month :P

Had a session today. It was 2nd nice session in a row. I wen't to one of my spots (this one is the nearest to my home). It was quite warmly, and there was no wind.
I changed clothes, did some warmup, and started to shredin...
Maybe everything wasn't so consistent as yesterday, and I was droping on short strings more often than yesterday, but I have hit more 20+ runs, and the other runs, that I hit were harder. I had been puting more 4's into my strings. And there were more variety in them too.

New tricks:
 Pixie ss Whirl
 Stepping ss Mirage BS - and the I have hit it BSOS. I think that this move is harder than blur. I was really happy when I had hit this... I really like Stepping ss Moves. They are more stylie than Stepping Far something, IMHO...

New links:
 Gyro Pickup > Double Over Down - felt nice...
And as I said before, many nice runs.
At the end of session I was schooling Blurriest and Dimmiest, ech on both sides... I need to be more consisten on them, so I can put them into my runs.

I like seeing my progress... Who don't? But I like when I fell it... It's so easy to sea the progress in my 'paper' training jurnal... But feel it is something much more greate...

I haven't played yesterday and today either. I went to this party to my girlfriends. It was big... There were about 60 persons. a lot of loud music, alcohol, and girls... I wanted to drink only 3 beers, but it was impossible! There were so many people that I haven't seen for really long, and so many that I just meet there. And everybody wanted to drink some beer with me. Oh shit... I don't even kow how much I have drunk. The party was all night long, so I came back to home a fewteen minutes after 7 am. I just laid into bed. And was sleeping until 2 p.m...

I wanted to shred today, but the fog came, and it turned reall cold outside. Maybe it's good. I don't know how much power would I have...

Haven't shreded since sunday :( I'm a little bit ill :( After this party, I think. The friend of mine, who was on this party too, is ill too... I cough all the time. I hadn't sleep very well this night, because I was coughing. I want to shred so mad!

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED!

I'm so happy that Ners relased his new vid. He is good. His runs all long. I can't wait when he will put more variety into them.
Hania is doing fine too. Her runs are long and solid. And she has some good variety too.
I'm a little bit sad that Adam throws guilts into his runs. He is too good for them. Ners told me that he dosen't play very often these days. He could be the best if he would train hard.

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED!

After reading Olav's blog I tol to myself that I will not read it anymore... Ehh bullshit... I told it to myself no the first time. This kid is doing too fast progress... I'm scaried...

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED!

I was watching some nice movie on TV yesterday. It's title is "Alive". It's about rugby players, who were flying with plane over Andes, and crashed. They wanted to stay alive... after some time they hadn't anything to eat, so they started to eat dead people. I won't tell about all movie... It was a good movie, and it was really affecting.
Before this movie I watched another movie - "Donnie Brasci". It wasn't so good... But I liked it too.

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED!

There was a soccer game (what the hell.. I wil call it football, because it's a true footbagl.. not some american football thing. How people can call FOOTball a sport where you are runing with the thing that even sin't a ball in you hands... only Americans can that... no offence)... So there was a football game... the semi-finals of UEFA Cup... Spirting Lisbona was playing with AZ Alkmar (small team from Netherland)... It was really dramatic. In the first game, in Lisbona, Sporting won 2:1, and in the first 90 minut in Alkmar there was the same result - but AZ was leading. There was an extra time. And Alkmar has shot the first goal! The sporting was trying hard to shot goal.. and.. they have shot it in a 2nd minute of additional time! Oh shit! Unbeliavable! They have shot the goal that gave them promotion to the final in the 122th minute of the 2nd match! (the aggregate was 4:4, but sporting has shot 2 goals on away game and AZ only one... The goals from away game are more important)...

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED!

Oh shit.. By writing all this shit I want to forget that I can't shred... ehh... it's impossible...

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED!

I changed my blog title. I'll do it sometimes...

I'm coughing stronger with every day :( I need to see doctor on monday. Definately... I have not played since sunday... It makes me depressed...

I downloaded The Game's album - "The Documentary"... It's quite good. I like it better than 50Cent's last album.

And I finally got my favorite album in a good copy! I'm talking about Grammatik "Światła miasta" (The Lights of The City)... Grammatik is a polish hip-hop crew... my favourite artists... They write greate poems - full with philosophy and lifewisdom. Very calm, but emotional music. And they rap level is high of course.

SHRED! SHRED! SHRED

This cough drives me mad so bad! I have got head ache because of it! And i feel pain in the chest when coughing... in the chest, neck, throat...

I'm going to rest...

And do you know how to get better at footbag? "Practice all the day. Sleep all the night" - some pro surfer, or biker (I don't remember) said so about his sport. It's so easy, and so good I think... It's definately a good advice in my mind...

I saw doctor today. She told me, that I have trachea's inflammation and prescribed me an antibiotic and some other drugs. So now I have to take these fucking pills regulary... The antibiotic twice a day - at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and then eat something one hour after. And the other tablets three times a day... I have got a excuse-paper (I don't know how to call it in english) from school for this week from doc.

Tomorrow I will be alone at home... Something is walking throught my mind... You know what
