no...no...no, you must be mistaken that is easily on the top of the list for worst bands EVER. Im apalled that you would commend their abillities in such a positive manner 8O

Yeah, I'm sorry, but Simple Plan is far from hardcore. Maybe they have more hardcore songs on their CDs, but from what I've heard on the radio, no.

Ok, yea, Simple Plan is Pop-punk. I really meant to say that my favourite metal band is The Arcade Fire.

ooh DOC are Aussie represent

except apparently they were much more hardcore until they became friends with Good Charlotte :?

at the moment I would be saying

UNEARTH

saw them on Tuesday night. (w/Atreyu and Norma Jean)

they fucking killed me

their pit was seriously the most intense pit I've ever been in

it's 3 days later and I'm still hobbling round like a cripple

Hmm.... this thread LOOKS like it would be better than the previous thread, but that`s only because it has a more enthusiastic title.

I liked the last thread. I don`t listen to Hardcore, but the bandnames cracked me up. I ended up making a list which was 33% band names from previous posts, and 65% names I made up (the other 1% was "The Carpenters", which is a real band from the 70s, which is far from hardcore). Nobody called me on it, which I hoped meant that people thought I knew my hardcore better than them, and was listing a bunch of underground bands they had never heard of. 8)

I thought you were just kidding on that. I didn't know you made up the rest but it would be impossible for anyone to prove you wrong. If somebody was like "oh I love _______. They kick ass!" that would have been funny.

Um alot of bands are being called hardcore that are not.

I dont know how to explain it but i had a roomate in college who was reall into hardcore the only bands that i liked were metal core.

I love metalcore

My favorite bands

Everytime I DIE (um to good for a label possibly the funniest most creative song lyrics ever) "I cut your brake lines and wait for you at the stop sign" "its the rush that the cock roaches get at the end of the world" "i promise well behave like perfect christians and we`ll sing the gosphel ........... With some whisky and a skin flick............. haley uuuu la"

Unearth (metal core and the best at it IMO) for all you people new to this band DO NOT LOOK PAST THERE FIRST CD stings of concience

Bleeding through (metal core)

As i LAy Dying (metal Core)

Atreyu (emo core)

Poison the well (The only cd i like is opposite of december) This is closer to hardcore

Diecast (metalcore)

Throwdown with the original singer ONLY. (hardcore)

Not that titles are the most important thing in the world and i really could care less im just stating what the *HARDCORE* kids say.
