lapcatch: catching the bag in your lap. so ducking lapcatch is throwing the bag from your lap over your head.

all symp whirls are uptime not downtime

a run with ducking osis > infinity gyro toe twice and spinning osis > [other] infinity gyro toe twice
dyno > spinning osis x2
