As of a week ago, at least two people still hadn't sent the postcards from the first postcard exchange or (as in and) the second one. I don't think it's fair to get to receive postcards without sending them. The next time I say "I'm going to send out PMs in a few days," if you haven't sent the postcards from the previous batch, I would like to ask you to PM me and let me know to not include you for that month. After you do that, if you find that you have the time/money to send postcards, just PM me letting me know you've sent out postcards to the people from before and you'd like to participate in the next exchange. If that's overbearing or mean, let me know. I got complaints after the first exchange from people who sent out postcards but still hadn't gotten any when the second batch of PMs was sent out, so I'm looking to avoid that happening again.

Hey I finally recieved my first post card today!! Thanks Erik!!

I guess something to remember is that it can take a long time for postcards to travel around the world - especially if you did like I did and forget to get them sent airmail - that's definitly something people should try to do if they remember.

I've only recieved one (thanks Moxie). It did take me a while to send out my postcards from the first one. Sorry. But I've sent out all the other ones I've been asked to send. I finally got a roll of postcard stamps, for free!!! Thanks Barb (my office manager).

i have no idea, i guess all i can say is whoops.

i was ridiculously busy preparing for finals week but my postcard for the second batch will be sent out within the next two or three days

dude that sucks. I've only recieved one - which was from Erik and great, but I've sent 4. I haven't heard if the people have recieved them yet. They weren't specified as air mail so they'll probably take like 2 weeks or more to arrive.

Sweeeeeeet...I just got another one yesterday!!! Thanks to Oliver (blue turnip)!!! I think I'm gonna write you a letter since you got all those tiny tiny words onto the card. Seriously folks, he fit like one hundred words onto a postcard!

It was two paragraphs! On a postcard!

Thanks alot. Both times I got one I felt like a kid on christmas morning. Kinda crazy that something so small could do that. Then again, the only mail I ever get is my cell phone bill.

I dreamt a few days ago that I got a Card from Vasek through the
postcard topic, written in a pretty childish handwriting, where he wrote
something like "I'm one of the best footbag players in the world" and
stuff, as if I've never heard of him..

I'm busy with finals and all sorts of stuff until the second week in June so that's when I plan on sending the next bunch of PMs. Again, if you have not sent your postcards yet, please PM me to let me know to take you out of the exchange until they're sent. There's no way for me to know who has sent out their postcards, so we're kind of going on the honor system. ...And it's really not nice to your fellow footbaggers for you to get postcards without sending them. (guilt-guilt-guilt.) That's right, don't send me the apologies as some people have done, send them to your footbag friends who are sad because no one cares about them enough to spend two minutes writing a postcard, card, or letter. (guilt)

Perhaps all the people who have actually recieved post cards could write up the names of people they've recievd cards from - and everybody else who is on the list could be taken off the list until they decide they can commit. I guess if they say they're going to commit from now on that's ok - we don't want to be too harsh on them.

I got my postcard from Jeremy a while ago and forgot ot mention that I've sent my two letters out to the people I was supposed to. I haven't received anything yet though.

I still haven't got any,

but one postcard I tried to send was returned because of "unknown sending address" or something. I discussed it with Emily who contacted the person, so if that's you that's why you didn't recieve ONE of yours anyway...
