everybody.

I watched some more of the National Geographic special on Shao Lin Kung Fu. I feel as if I am learning a lot from it.

For instance, I am about to take a footbag, and walk out of my house, not knowing where I will go, and just practice footbag, out in the world.

I captured 4 out of the 7 or 8 tapes from this weekend. Wow!

finished all the tapes accept for some shred from the first even.. im annoyyed by shred, im trying to make a movie here.. i finished 3 or 4 rough scenes today and just wanted to show everyone. got into fights with girls today. ARG

I cooked an excellent meal. I got my trusty (not rusty) wok and added sesame oil, finely chopped tofu (firm) and threw in cold, preveously steamed rice. Then I chopped 4 garlic cloves and added soy sauce. Then I added broccoli, finally chopped (lol) and a red pepper (this peppers for you Lon). Then I added terriayaki sauce and peanut sauce and a little Green Juice and honey dijon dressing. Then I added peanuts and let cool off. Now I will go eat it. Yum. Healthy. Sounds like a lot of sauce but it's actually small amounts of each. Studying and chilling later

went hiking today, Lon we went passed the waterfall to the mine! it was SO LONG. then when we got there, we hiked on a nother trail to the top of the mountain.. the whole journey took about 7 hours total round trip

blarg - i spend too much time on the computer and not enough time reading

i rode my bike a lot today and discovered some really cool spots

I talked to KING who was awesome.. what a great musician. I talked to a guy who wants me to model too, lol i let him pitch his salespitch to me while i ate lunch in hollywood (where i ended up on bike).. i think its bullshit headshots - like ill pay for that lol

anyway it was a fun day but no hack

tomorrow is uncertain.. dunno what ill do yet

Come now, Sam. Let's not go windsor over this. A lot of people traveled a long way to be in your video because they know what you invest yourself in will be spectacular. I think we all feel that you have created many of the most epic videos in footbag history but that doesn't mean we all have money to go around. No one thinks you should get a job and give up art or become a drone. The negative comments you received were from people who are your friends and think you should take more responsibility in your life and learn to focus your skills.

Yay My logo is in the rotation. I just saw it. I had a fun day today. I hung out with Blackjack Bryan Fournier pretty much most of the day. We went to pitch freestyle reality to MTV!! In your faces! Anyway we have an appointment to make a 2nd pitch for next week.

I am proposing a reality show called Freestyle Reality where we fly around the world to different footbag clubs filming shred and making fake ass funny short films and fight scenes! HOW COOL IS THAT? It's ice cold. Ahh, and then we hung out took a long walk (romantic!) and hung out with the old pal Gilbert. Well, Bryans friend for like most of his life, my friend for like 1 time, but hes one of the few people thats brought a gun into my house

. Anyway it was fun, and I spent an hour just now trying to access a mac drive on my comptuer and i was finally able to do it with a 5 day trial of macdrice! www.mediafour.com YAY THEM. Gilb will be happy tomorrow as I say hey look I was able to extract your audio files. Also, bryan found the tape I lost from FR filming event 2. YAY!

anyway, hardly any hack today. did hit a toe set behind the back sole kick.. actually quite a few and both sides
