Ok... If you still don't know what I was thinking about.. .I was thinking about some little shred

I did te session, but I'm not too happy. I didn't have any feel of the bag... It was just weak. Because I'm weak. These drugs and illness make me weak. Of course there is always something good in something bad:

 Smoke
 flipside Double-Over-Down

No good strings, no good links.

I was happy with my Superfly attempts - I want to hit it again ;] On almost every attempt dexes were clean and deep.

I hurt my left hip flexor and groin :( But I don't know where, when, how? It just feel pain it in. Every Toe Stall with left leg makes it painfull...

I don't know when I will shred again...

I think that I'm getting better. I'm not coughing all the time. The cough is the same although, but not so frequent fortunately.

I need to prepare my routine for Euros. I think that I have good music. I need do some editing work on it, because it's too long, but I think I can afford it. I would be happier with instrumental version of this song, but this one I have can be good too...

I have to read a book for school.. It's a thick book... almost 1300 pages... It's "Potop" by Henryk Sienkiewicz.

I'm watching Giro d'Italia cycling stage race everyday. There are some good transmisions on Eurosport. You know ;] It's footbag related ;] "Giro" mean something like "around" or "loop" in italian. It goes pretty well with our "Gyro" term ;] Kenny did some good Job calling it this way.

Yay.. I'm downloading Jorden's vid from GRASS right now... It goes pretty slow. Almost 3 hours to go... But WTF... I'm patient... I'll wait.

Hey man I hope you get better fast. Getting sick, being injured, or being unable to play in general is a curse for our kind. Think positively, I know I am with my leg pain. Good luck with your routine, try to get video up once you compete so I can watch man! L8r

Thanks for paying a visit in my blog, Aaron! I actually got better! I'm not coughing today! I stayed up 6 hours ago, and I didn't cought ever once! Cool! I saw doctor today, for examination. Everythig is almost ok, but I have to take this antibiotic still, because it should be taken for minimum 7 days, so she prescribed me one additional packaging.

After I came from doctor I decided to do some very light shred! I was schooling Butterflies, Osis, Ducking/Divign/Weaving/Zulu Clippers, Spinning/Peeking(or like you are calling them - Gyro) Clippers. Some drills (not new, but I will list, what I remember):
 Butterfly > Diving/Weaving Clipper [rpt]
 Ducking Clipper > ss Butterfly [rpt]
 Peeking Clipp > ss Butterrfly [rpt]
 Osis > Butterfly > Butterfly [rpt]
 Osis > ss Butterfly [rpt]
 Butterfly > Osis > Osis [rpt]
 Osis > Diving/Weaving Clipper [rpt]
 Ducking Clipper > Diving Clipper [rpt]
 Zulu Clipper > Zulu Clipper ...
 and some others that I don't remeber

At end of the training I made my new (official) cons. Infinities record: 23... It's official, because I was counting them. Once I did over 20, but don't know how many, I didn't count. Something around this record... maybe 1-2 more or less.
Then some stretching, as usual. I think that I have some way to stretch legs for clippers. This way isn't focused on ankle too much. I will check what are the effects... And maybe after few months I will share it with others... I just must be sure that it works.

I'm lazy...

I went to school today. The time was running very slowly...

My last lesson was a gym lesson. I didn't exercise because I'm after an Illness... Some girls played handball, with one goal, a needed a goalkeeper. They were impressed with my goalkeeping abilities :P Actually I was a really good footbgl goalkeeper when I was younger and I just played football all the day with my budies. I mean true footbal. Not your american football stuff...

Come back to home. Watched the last 25 km of the 9th Giro d'Italia Race's stage.

Ate some pasta with meat for dinner.

Now I'm chilling by reading modified and listening to music.

I'm going to do some homework, and lear some stuf after the chill-out time.

I had a shred yesterday, and today.

Yesterday:
I was training for 1 hour 46 mins. Drilling some stuff. I feel lack of consistency. Especially with Whirls and Double Downs. I think it's because of not regulary sessions lately. I need to get back to the consistency I had befor illnes, so I'm concentrated on drills.

New stuff:
 Stepping ss Illusion BS
 Muted Spinning Clipper - really stylie and good feeling move. I have to incorportate it into my strings.

And I wanted to get some consistency on Ripwalks (I never had it). So I was drill Ripwalk > ss Clip [rpt]... I got only two fool reps (4 ripwalks, 8 contacts)... My Ripwalks, and Stepping set overall, are so weak.

Today:
This was some late shred. My father has a night shift at work, so I went to him to the car park. I started shreding at 8:23 pm. I had a lot of power. Bought some SNICKER CRUNCHERS before, and two cans Moutain Dew drink. I had a sandwich, that I didn't ate at school too.
I feel the lack of consistency still. So I drilled, no strings. Have hit 3 cons. Spinning Clippers on flipside, and nothing else. Some consistency is coming back, but I still have lots of work.
I ended the shred session at 10:23 pm, so it was 2 hours long. I wanted it to be longer, but I thought that the lights on this carp-park are stronger. In reality the are weak and it was too dark to shred. I barely saw the bag. But I was practicing single moves. It was fun because after the set I was doing everything only with intuition, so it forced me to set the bag really precisely.
I feel guilty, because I didn't stretch before and after shred :( Hope that I'll not be sore tomorrow.

I think it's all about what I wanted to say. I hope, that I didn't forget about anything.

I'll have a busy day tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll find some time for good shred!

Later,
Pawel

I love watching you improve man, you will be a force in the future, you really love footbag and deserve to get really good.

I think you should try stepping ss clip > stepping far clip > sidewalk > repeat if you need to improve your stepping. Just practice everything that comes to your head and write it down so you can remember for later. I wrote down a whole list of drills to do this weekend and I can't wait! Later and good luck.

Thanks Maraxus. I don't know if I deserve to get good, but I'm sure I'll because of hard work...

Today it was another session. After 12 hours after yesterday shred I decided to go out and do some serious shreding. The sun was shining really strong, the wind was from south, so it was warmly wind. I found some place with almost no wind. It was a road in backdoor of a hotel.
I started to shred at 11:50 am. As yoou see this was the midday, and the sun was pretty strong.
At the begining I didn't feel very confident with what I's doing. But the things turned to be good. The stuff I'm happy about:

 Butterfly > Rev. Swirl [rpt] - I don't know if I've hit it before, but it's cool...
 Rev. Swirl > Drifter BS - cool feeling link
 Paradox Flail BSOS - I'm very proud because of that. Flails were easy for me today! I didn't practice them much lately, and I have so much power for them! I hit this beesauce without too much problems... On something like 3rd try. Cool
 Barfly > Barfly - first try... there would be nothing speciall in this, because I've hit it a few times before. But man.. with first attempt this day! I just did 3 Barfly on each side, and attempted this and did it with such a lightness... And the other good thing is that I did it starting from both sides, something like 10 times each.
 Double-Over-Down BSOS - Cool. I'm happy because of it. Now I have to learn DDD on flipside and hit it BSOS too, so I have all double downs bsosed...

New move:
 flipside Eggbeater - I don't think I've hit it before...

I'm really happy with this training... I got my consistency on Double Downs back. I was able to do Paradon bsos like a cake...
I was shreding until 2:10 pm, so it was 2 hours 20 mins long session.

I had a moment of horror too... I almost twisted my ankle on one of flipside DOD attempts. But I falled down, and everythign is ok... Ankle is ok. But my left wrist isn't :( When falling down I hit the ground with it, and I bruised it. It hurts a bit... I don't know if I'll be able to do pushups tomorrow in morning, because of it.

Oh... and ... I wanted to get sun burned a little bit, and I'm burned too much on my shoulders and neck! Bleah.. They are all red and are scorching... bleh...

The forecast says, that it's going to rain the whole day tomorrow, so I don't know I'll have a shred...

Had a training session today. I was playin' in my room. It was 2 h 7 min long.

Drilled some easy stuff (BOP's, Rev. Whirls, Ducking/Divings, Dimwalks, Whirls etc.) for over an hour... Everything looked solid... Greate.

Then drilled Blenders.

Then wanted to hit something new. Tried many tricks. I have hit two cool moves.

 Fairy ss Symple Swirl BS
 Fairy ss Symposium Swirling Osis BS

They're really cool, aren't they?

I have few moves in my head to try. I know I can... I've a lot of power in my legs. Symp tricks are easy these days...

Props on all your stuff! Those Fairy ss Swirls seem cool, and flip Eggbeater - hard stuff :D Maybe you could try Symp. Twirls? Or Symp Rev-Up, that would be nice!

@Ners: I have hit Symp. Twirl on 21th of February, 2005, as something around 8:20 pm. :P But yeah.. there is something more to do it... I will hit it on flipside soon, and Symp. Rev-up is good idea too. PS Twirl is a good one too :P

No shred today. I need to lear for school.

Had got some serious stomach aches. Actually I still have some, but they aren't as strong as in the morning and in the middle of the day.

Had a training session again. It was a 2 hours shred + 20 minutes stretching.

I think I can call it a decent session. The runs were short, but when drilling I was doing many repeats, I think that I made some records with some drills, but who cares. I remember 9 Ducking Clippers with easy... I'm sure I can hit over 20 - this is an easy move. I just need to bo more focused when doing them. So I need to stop thinking about them like about an easy move. I drilled long. For something like one hour.

I have hit some new stuff:
 Flipside Symposium Twirl
 Symposium Reverse Swirling ss Pickup - I think that I have hit a clean one at least once on each sides... Many attempts were thed.

@Ners: you didn't had to wait long :P

Runs were short. I could hardly do 10 contacts. I think it's because I wasn't doin runs much lately. But I see that I'm trying to do much harder runs that before. Much less BOP's, and more variety. They will get better in no time. I'm sure :P
Only one highlight:
 Phoenix > run with stepping ss mirage and rev-up

And besides that I was drilling Barflies. I have hit them b2b many times, both ways. I think that soon I'll be able to make some records, and do them consecutive. Flip ones are controlled more frequently.

Maybe I'll do some shred tomorrow, before school... I have to leave home and go to school at aroun 11:20 am, so I'll have much time in the morning.

Has short session before school today. It was 1 hour 1 minute

Drilled some not hard stuff. I see the effects of all these drills. I actually drill for something like first 1 hour of every session.

Hit new drill:
 Ducking Clipper > Reverse Swirl [repeat]

I'm pissed off! Since yesterday! AC Milan lost the game :( :( :( How could they lost, since they were leading 3:0 after first half? They lost 3 goals in in first 15 minutes of the second half! And then extra time, and penalties. Jurek Dudek (polish goalkeper that plays in FC Liverpool) was the hero of the game. He defended one hard shot in the 2nd half, and two very hard shots in the end of extra-time. And them he defended 2 penalties. But fuck it... I'm ot happy about that :( My Milan lost

Now it's too hot to shred. I'll shred in the afternoon. I took my bicycle out of basement, washed it, oiled chain, pumped the wheels... So now I can cycle everywhere, and everything will take me less time. Now I can be on my shred spot in 3 minutes, not 10 or 15... And on the other spot I can be in something like 10 minutes, instead about 35... So I can save more time, and shred longer :P

Had a session on my "summer spot". It was quite nice. It was more about runs and links. I was shreding for 2 hours and 28 minutes. Went with a bicycle to the spot, and back with it too :P
It was HOT! The sun wasn't shining so hard, because it was after 6 pm. But ... damn... Fortunately sometmes there was some gentle wind.

New move for today is
 Inside set Legbeater - hehe ... I hadn't any other idea for new move, that wouldn't need many tries. I wanted to hit new trick so bad :P

And links/combos/drills:
 Fear BSOS - I thnk, I hadn't hit this before
 Fairy Butterfly > Pdx Mirage [rpt]
 Blizzard BSOS - don't know if hit it before
 Barfly > Blender - cool link. I think that I did it first time today
 Sidewalk > Ducking Clipper [rpt]
 Ducking Clipper > Ducking Clipper > Diving Clipper > Weaving Clipper > Zulu Clipper [rpt] - cool ducking/diving drill. I think that it will made my duckings perfect in no time.
 Rev-up > Flail > about 10 contacts runs

I was hitting some runs with much variety in them. Has hit Paradon > Pdx Mirage without catching the feel with doing Paradons. Just did it withou doing other Paradons today, before it.

Drilled Ducking and Diving Butterflies... I\m confident with them.

I had set 9 goals for this session. Reached 4 of them. Other 5 are going to next session.

Some people were watching ... and some girls too... Maybe they were impressed? I don't know.

Next session today. It was 2 hours nad 41 minutes long.

I made my new Osis record:
 21xOsis

Hit some cool runs. Some variety in them. Hit this Ducking drill, that I had hit yesterday, on first attempt. Cool.
7 flipside Barflies to a hand catch in a row.
Lots of runs starting with Paradon, Phoenix. Lots of runs with Ripwalk BSOS.
Run with Ducking Butterfly BS + Diving Butterfly BS.
Rev-up BSOS many times.
Whirls were consistent today. Hit 2 full reps of Butterfly > Whirl [rpt] with easy. Same with Ducking Clipper > Whirl. Hit Butterfly > ss Butterfly > Whirl [rpt] with some tries.

New moves:
 Pixie Diving Butterfly - 2nd try
 Flipside Blurriest
 Spanishfly - Finally clean! Now I can saay I've hit it :P

Then drilled Symp. Whirls and Blenders. They felt more solid. But not so good as I want them to be.

Some attempts on fat move... I know I can hit it... I just need few days/weeks. The bag was close to my foot a few times.

I hope that next session will happen tomorrow.

I'm so tired! Next session happened today! It was HOT! The heat was making me blunt.
My legs were really tired. This was 8th shred in last 9 days.
Hadn't hit nothing specially. But I'm happy in some way with my runs. I didn't go really long (maybe once or twice got about 20 contacts), but I was doing over 10 contacts with easy.
Ripwalks BSOS weren't hard today. So I were doing them pretty often.
Some 4's bsos in almost every run.
Double-Over-Down BSOS again, but this time strong was first, and flip one 2nd. It's harder than starting string with flip DOD, and then do the strong one midstring...
Blender BSOS on first attempt.
Pheonix and Pixie Paradon to strings.
Hit Matador BS again.
No new trick.
Run with Fairy Butterfly BSOS + Dimwalk BSOS + Ripwalk BSOS + Ducking Butterfly BSOS
About 20 contacts with Ducking/Diving/Weaving/Zulu Clippers + one Ducking Osis

But I sucked a bit.

Lots of nice girls were walking by my spot... It's nice when good looking girls are stoping and watching how I shred. I don't know how it works, but always when they are watching I hit some good string :P

Maybe I'll shred tomorro again. I don't know... I need to learn for school a lot. Didn't learn too much during last three free days. I always leave everything for last minute.

I'm sick again... And I got injections :( 2 a day. I need to go to clinic, and they are just pricking me in ass. Bleh... I don't like it... Maybe if the nurses were a bit younger and hot :P

But fuck it. I was alone at home yesterday so I were shreding :P
The session was 2 hours and 10 minutes long. Quite nice. I'm weak after this drugs but, I have some power. Nice few strings which I don't remember. I think that one was over 20 contacts, but I'm not sure. Hit this Lon's Osis > Butterfly > Paradox Mirage [rpt] drill. I think that doing osis from toe stall can make my torques better.
This session worked in some way. I was hitting some move which I wanted to get better at, and when I controlled it nice and smooth I went to some run every time. I like doing this.
I think that I drilled Blenders most of the time. I like this move, so I need to school them more. Some Grifters, but couldn't controll them and do some string out of them. And... I couldn't do strong side barfly! WTF? I could do it on flipside (but not so consistently as during last weekend), but I couldn't do strong one! I did it only once! And tried it over 20 times. What's the matter?
No new moves.

My sister bought digital camera. So I have some photos for you.

I'm tired of beeing sick! My ass hurts more because of next injections! Fuck!

I read how hard everyone is shredin' and I want to shred mad! But .. I cant :( At least until I'm not alone at home for at least 2 hours... I don't know when it'll happen. My sister ended school and has holidays now... so ... I don't see any opportunity to beeing alone at home... In the morning there will be my sister, and then my parent's wil get back fron their jobs...

The only thing I can do with my footbag is taking photos... I took some good ones. They show how beautifull my Ilja Bag is.
