I've searched auctions, Yahoo Japan and found them!

They are pre-production samples, so there're only 27cms. The colors are black, grey, red, and green, all white based.
The sellers may not ship internationally, but check them here.

I wonder if you cut off the high heel if they would perform the same as regualr Lavers.

Those shoes LOOK great, but they would be horrible for footbag.
The high ankles make clippers impossible.

Still a great find though.
