its 2:22 PM. I am and have been sober all day. band practice tonight - homework to do - chores to do - none of it have I started - yoda i speak - lol - - - - gonna go do dishes now

sober day 1 - again

yes what a day i had yesteday/today - lets try it lon style

evening:(iguess im a night person)
fun SESSION . great ducking run with many spinning toe stalls and stuff
YAY MIC CHECK!

rode bike to grocery store
bought tortillas - 2 tomatos - 1 broccoli crown - 1 green onion bunch

cooked the best burrito EVER!

picked up my girl from school

jammed out on bass with my possible band

went on a massive midnight adventure of enlightenment and met a wise ass wise man and a cool bass player named SAM!

learned about a band called ICED EARTH - which i want to listen to

supposedly they make music the way i want to - i'll hear and JUDGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE YOU ALL

- im just cleaning my room - happy 3 minutes past midnight, im listening to the life aquatic soundtrack - i guess the music guy is Mark Mothersbaugh - i likes his stuff - especially - ping island/lightning strike rescue

after im done cleaning im gonna shred - YEAH! - i saw the grass vid - NICE - yay jordan! - i wish ure nickname wasnt so ominous as the destroyer - u should be the love maker or something - or vasekiller

inspired! - gotta find a job though - looks like i wont be able to move to grass valley cuz lon might be moving + im broke - man i need to get my life together

gonna call MTV contact Danielle tomorrow - i hope she says come on IN!

having inner turmoil about girlfriend - man im weak

thanks zach, i think your praise is premature - i am notorious for not completing things - i will say though, that it wont be me not coming through, if anything it will be MTV - anyway dont wanna JUNX it

so yes still SOBER DAY 2 - i was gonna smoke the dope but then i didnt - unfortunatly i countered by eating a lot of ice cream - too much

i did play footbag though - probably still gained a bunch of calories

i hit a few THE double ducks and some a nice clipper > far legover heel BSOS

oh yeah - and i stayed up till 4:15 am watching start trek TNG which I downloaded - proabably 6 or 7 episodes in all - no commercials though - but still a lot - considering i should have been studying

my goal for today (tomorrow) is to study and excercise

i know i wont smoke - but i have to also eat healthy

i cant wait to have a brocolli burrito for breakfast!

signed up for summer session in Los Angeles, looks like im living here forever! ... not forever but, forsoon - forsooth.. and what not

Lots of fighting with girlfriend yesterday - im weak - so attached I cant stand up for my self. - unsuccessfully tried to see star wars - coudlnt get tickets

I did download and watch the first half of clone wars though - its SOO violent - what is entertainment coming to? - anyways gonna see star wars 3 probably on sunday -

damn i spent my ticket money on thai food - STUPID!

I kicked yesterday - it was a good session - what did I hit? i dunno - stuff

there was some move... i cant remember

i have mad school work to catch up on today - and band practice

I need a job! and money - arg

I really feel like selling everything I have - and not just because I need money - but because I feel that if I owned nothing I could do so much more - I have become very open and sensitive to nature and the world - and big plastic computers , cables and HUMAN FREAKIN INTERFACES are starting to distract me - i feel most at home in the wilderness or on a bike in the city - somewhere where im not cooped up - im in a PRISON RIGHT NOW - a prison of my own mind - and im not even talking matrix type stuff - im talking MATRIX TYPE STUFF - damn its crazy -

I have to just let go - i keep god damn getting high - and thats not even a big deal - but the big deal is - I feel like I need it to have fun - or to continue - my brain is becomming dry of seritonin or something -0 the THC is clogging my synaptic receptors
