A PS whirl made my knee feel funny today, I am done with that trick, it's too dramatic and dangerous.

My Knee is better now.

I started Massaging it more often and also stretching really deep on my calf.

Then I added an antiinflamatory supplement pill to my diet and those changes made a huge difference within several days.

Then I shredded hard for 2 hours on it and strecthed for 2-3 hours after that and then slept and when I woke up it felt 99% heeled.

i have some issues with taking suplements, especially with a join as testy as the knee. if i am to stop taking suplements will my knees revert back to their old condition? will i be forced to continue using the suplements for the rest of my life? i'm young, 19, and i really don't want to be taking glucosamine and msm and what have you for the rest of my life. can you make a recovery with the suplemets and then stop taking them with out a recession? any info from people who stopped taking suplements would be great. thanks.

I can still feel that knee twang from that PS whirl when I do paradox whirly motions with that leg.. should I be worried, knee experts? :?:

I started doing those hands-on-knees circles that Lon was talking about.

I don't know how many to do however. I do around 25 circles each way at two circle diameters.

Thats more than enough Tom, just make sure you repeat the exercise every morning.

As for the rest of the questions I have not an answer i'm sorry.

I'm going to start trying the circles too.
I think my problem is that the actual bone of my knee socket (or cap -- I forget) is worn down -- is there anything I can do for this? Any specific exercies? My doctor suggested cycling on a high seat, but I don't have a bicycle at the moment and the stationary bike I use is one of those short long ones where your legs are way out in front of you.

my knees just cramp up after hard sessions. i been makeing shakes with 2 banannas everyday since a jumper/track friend of mine told me the potasium would help. it actuly made a noticabule differeance, also after hard shreds i ice my knees this also seems to help. lattly my knees only hurt during an after footbag. im not haveing any problems during the day befor i start kicking ever since i started eating lots of banannas, banannas are really good too so i like it :) this circle method i dont understand, is your hands doing the circles or your knees are to do the motion? can some one correct me?

if your intrested, 1 cup of milk, 2 frozen banannas, 5 strawberrys ( if you have them) and you have a awsome shake, dont even need ice cream. UMM good.

See a doctor!

Always a good tip if you are genuinely worried.
Cycling seemed to sort my knees out, but I had physiotherapy a bit too.
I did an hours cycling every week day for 5 months.
But yeah see a doctor is my best advice, even if its just to reassure you its nothing serious.

will i be forced to continue using the suplements for the rest of my life? i'm young, 19, and i really don't want to be taking glucosamine and msm and what have you for the rest of my life.
if you play footbag each day maybe for several hours i thibk you should look at yourself as any serious sportsman/women would do. they push there body and limits all the time, and then you do so, you get injurred!! thats a fact.
so that brings me to the conclusion that you may have to, in periods, use supplements so that you dont´ go "break your legs".. there are many different things you could do, but in this situation an antiinflammatoric and "rebuilder" supplement would be great, which brings us back to lon´s msm, chondroitin and glucosamine supplement, and maby some herbal ekstrakts from fx ginger or/and curcuma longa(dont know what you call it in english, so it´s the latin name)

this is just some advices i have used on myself and i have been satisfied with these kinda produkts..

dont think as it as "taking pills", think that you do the best for your body so that you can performe more

pineapple is a good anti-inflammatory, good for energy too.

you can eat a lot of shellfish instead of taking glucosamine/chondroitin supplements, but I think the supplements are cheaper.

what is MSM?
does ginger aid in anything other than digestion?

Have any of you pillheads tried taking HGH (human growth hormone) to take your game up a level  ?

something that helped me was changing the way I do whirls entirely. I used to do it where my whirling leg would pretty much go parallel to the ground when dexing. I changed it into doing a pickup bail to clipper. I hate the way it looks now but I do it with no pain.

What is most important in recovery of knee pains from Douwn Double Downs and Illusions.

I would say practicing the opposite muscles like blenders and rakes.

Use Joint Health Lotion on your knees 5-20 minutes before working.

Make circles with your knees while standing first thing in the morning. Do some weightless squats too.

Take big strides when you walk and take corners slowly. Never kneel on hard surfaces.

Keep your knees warm. Use MSM Glucosamine lotion 3- minutes before a nice long Sauna/sweat.

Use Mild Tiger Balm heavily on knees right before you shred.

Take anti-inflammatories.

Some foods like mustard have Turmeric, Very Good.

If there is Ligament or Cartilage damage, eat a lot of Gelatin.
