Lon,

when you're doing underwater shred, do you play with any kind of ball? I get the impression you're not. What constitutes a drop? Could you talk a bit more about your underwater stuff? I'm interested in hearing more, it sounds like a great training method.

Errands Errands Errands

Frolf instead of 4 Square unfortunately. Hit pole on hole 3

Footbag=Awesome Shred with Superfly, Scorpions Tail and Flutterby pass 8)

Rod Lavers=I modified my New Blue shoes tonight and played in my new Shred Room BedRoom #6.

SHRED SESSION #1=Played with no insoles and laced tight. Easy stuff only. Last shred/test shred I hit prdx Torque Mobius, Spinning Whirl & Scorpions Tail both sides same run first try

KNEE=I practiced landing & setting Symposium Whirls w/ my knee straight, almost locked! I hit one PS Whirl that was way underneath me with pretty straight knee on the landing, it felt great on my knee. It also felt like that's the way to do it for linking with blury torque or something.

I love your blog man, totally. :D Props on the flutterby pass  Are your new blue shoes fuzzy? Are they modded? Will they be? I got another brand new kind of red and white lavers at the outlet mall for 36.99 plus tax; size 6.5 in girls for my super new shredita goddess :) So you don't have to look anymore.

And in answer to Matt before (I hope you don't mind Lon, I just figured you missed it or forgot):

I'm pretty sure a drop is when your dex is bad, or when your flow is broken so the stall happens at a different time than your water-gravity-beat. You can tell if you get flowing. I like to play in 4 feet deep water, I'm sure theres about a half a foot preference zone on that number though...

Peace and shred on (carefully),
Bum

who do you do yoga with at 6:am? I'm the only one I can find to get up and do yoga that early...so I guess you might do it alone like I do, but you're cool enough that you might have a cool little morning group to flow with...

Peace,
