New Eugene Video w/ James, Nasty, Aaron

Hey all,

Aaron came back home for memorial day weekend to visit his family and we shredded it up at this crazy house out in the middle of nowhere. It was pretty fun, although something funny happened at the end.

Enjoy the vid, it's about 10 minutes and encoded at a pretty good quality.

Awesome video!! You guys all rock. Everybody was busting out some sweet combos - very impressive.

Also the end is hilarious. You actually see it happen - that's so funny - you should send it to one of those funniest home video shows! Oh also I'm sorry for your loss - but it's still funny

Was that your house, James? I love the scenery in the background of the one angle -- it looks super nice there!

I really liked this video. I think my favourite thing was how perfect the Weezer song went to Nate's shred! I love that song! It's so energetic -- it really pumps me up and it made that section of the video the most exciting for me and my favourite

The video overall made me think about my own club and how awesome it is to have a group of friends who are all SO amazing at the same thing and who have really really smooth, yet unique styles. It must be soooo much fun for you guys to play together all the time and to BE ABLE TO!!! You guys rock! Do you have a club name?? I always refer to you in the back of my mind as the Portland Oregon club... Although my geography is really bad and I realize you are from..Eugene? Anyway...keep it up -- that looked like such a fun session! The end was super funny and the intros were neat too!

You see it happen in the video - the third last scene. Second last they're looking for it and the last scene is James saying what happened. Look closely - just near James's knee.

That movie was so great!

All three of you have such unique styles!
I love how you all make use of a huge variety of components.
You all have great control and spins and ducks and shuffle and style.

I have wanted to use this live version of Bouncing Around the Room for a looong time now for a movie but I never had the right footage.
I like how the song works with shred, though I think the version I have is slightly more upbeat and more apt for footbag footage.
Good picks on the music over all.

Aaron, your house looks sweet and you look really high tech. hehe

The whole ending is hilarious!

i can tell james and aaron are wearing new balance but i can't tell if nate is or if he is wearing climacools...

any way, intense shred. nate is looking on form with some stylie combos and long long strings. james, your shuffle is looking very good, and it's obvious nate's dexless style is rubbing off on you, because your spins and ducks look very controled. aaron, i just haven't seen nearly enough footage of you, but you're looking good and very light on your feet. keep kicking guys.

that was sick guys. James still looks like my psychology teacher (did I forget to tell you that) aaron is still Mr. Textbook with the huge links and solid runs, and nate is still fucking nasty as fuck. during the middle of the video man you were going off on that. I didn't count, but it seemed somewhere around 20 contacts of some hardcore shuffle.

I soooo want to get down there and shred with you guys. Aren't you leaving nate? if so for how long? I wouldn't cost that much to get down there to eugene. Fuck it im on my way now, expect me in 8 hours

yeah i know and i was pretty bummed i couldn't acctually watch any of them. they didn't work on my computer. they were all choppy, and not working... i would love to see them if you still have them kicking around on your cpu and don't mind taking the time to re-encode them for quick time, like this one was. it was sweet.
