I really don't think Mikko's style is that slurry at ALL anymore. It used to be pretty sketchy, but he's cleaned it up a ton.

Stephen, stop focusing on the shortcomings of other players and go practise. :)

Summer! :D 8)

I played footbag and football with Matt outside yesterday and then we biked out to this private beach and swam in Lake Ontario. I love swimming! :D
I practiced doing dexes underwater but the water wasn't deep enough for me to not lose balance getting hit by the waves. I didn't want to go any deeper than I was because it got all rocky and scary all the sudden. I got a good rhythm going of 3 or so dexes between each wave.

I am getting a good tan I think. My shoulders burnt and then peeled but now I am just looking browner.

My new shoes didn't come yet.

Soon!!

Vida comes home tonight! Yippee!!

I'm off to kill time watching south parks.

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that I witnessed HotDog (my bike) get stolen today!!

I chased the guy down and yelled out "DUDE!" and took it back.
The guy was like "well you shouldn't have left it unlocked."
He had a rat tail and a friend so I didn't attack him.

OH YEAH!!!!!!!
I forgot to mention the HUGE thing!!!!!!!

I

AM

GOING

TO

WORLDS

AND

EUROS!!!!!!!

My parents came through town the other day and I brought up the topic of me and worlds and what they were thinking on the topic.
Basically it came down to them saying that I havn't earned a free trip around the world, which is true, but that they were willing to front me the money.
So now I have this opportunity to be a grown-up and pay them back all responsible like. I can totally do it!
I had this idea, I am going to do my best to get my university to pay for the whole she-bang!
I am going to tell them that I have "qualified" for the world championships but that I have no way of affording the trip to compete.
I hope that works.
If it doesn't I will just wind up with a mega-debt to my parents that I will pay back respectfully and promptly.

Woo hoo!!!
Europe!!!

shit, I forgot another thing!
I had my first YMCA session, derrick and I taught the one kid that showed up.

Things keep happening in such extremes!

I can't even describe hardly any of the crazy shit that just keeps going on.

I shredded twice today!
Yeah!

I played once by myself and once later with Derrick.

A bunch of cool shit got hit, though I am having trouble remembering much of the stuff.

This guy was there, he had sold me short-shorts before and told me then that he used to shred. He watched us play for a while.

I chatted with him a bit today, his name is Kian.. or something.. and he told me that GREG RAYMOND is in town!! woo!!
Greg Raymond is guiltless! I can't wait to shred with him!!

Kian said that he wants to film us shredding for some clips for some show he makes.

Here's some stuff I tossed out today:
- torque>swirl
- reactor bs
- pixie whirl>spinning pdx whirl
- whirl>swirl>inf rpt x a bunch
- osis>far osis x alot
- pdx whirl>osis>inf x alot
- atomic drifter
- DSO>DSO
- dyno>dyno
- far dyno bs
- blurry guay>paradon
- drifter x 4
- weak spin x 4
- merkon bsos
- halves of rubberman all over the place
- pixie stall bergers!
- tripwalk bsos again
- bigwalk bs (cleanliness questionable for sure)
- alpine fear bs

I don't know... other stuff too.

Derrick is almost guiltless, thats so crazy.
He hits alot of my links.

Jared's friend just came over.

She is the girl that came to Jared looking for help in translating a thing from english to russian to get as a tattoo. It's a funny story actually. Jared came here to modified and asked for the spelling and a russian modifier helped him out and then she went and got the tattoo... Someone noticed that there was a typo in the translation just a little too late and now she has a tattoo with a russian typo on her FOREARM! I feel kinda bad for her, the last I heard from her boyfriend was that she didn't know yet. 8O

I am 40% done a bag for BidDirtyFoot. It is looking real nice so far.

I made a bag for Andrew Grant and Jordan Wong and their bags have been mailed out. They got totally different bags.
Jordans felt much tighter and like it would take longer to break in than my normal style. I was experimenting. It's still a solid bag though.

I am going to hit beta alpine fudge tomorrow.

I was almost on dominatrix today. mmm its so attacky feeling.

I drilled atomsmashers too. I am pretty strong at all the parts of rubberman except for blurs.
I don't blur. I don't really do many paradox mirages ever either. I am a big time paradox illusionist.

I drilled my routine a bit yesterday.
I am so scared of getting shit for sandbagging. like.. what if I really hit my routine? it's pretty high-tech. lots of repeating rips and plos and shit with the beat. I am hesitant to sink tons of time into drilling this because I don't want to push it into open territory. I know that if I keep drilling it I will keep upping the difficulty level. I think that it has a sorta Vasek-esque feel to it.
I don't think my shred does much though. Mostly the song.

My climas are almost dead. I have worn through the rubber and I am down to the foam stuff in the toes because I shred on cement so much.

Every weekday I await the mailman with explosive eagerness for my new pair of climas. I want them sooo bad! I sure hope that they are small enough for me to shred in. They are 8.5 and my current ones are 7!!
They are a different model though.

If I can't use them I will sell them on modified so that someone else can enjoy the magic of climacool originals.

Does anyone have any size 8 or 7.5 climacool originals?
Lil help! :P

I am gonna go finish the WildBag. It's gonna shred so well.

Peace.

PS I loooooooove my new short hair! :D

I just bought some new shorts.

I think finally I have a pair that will fit just right. I have bought sooooo many new pairs lately and they all wind up being disappointing for some reason or another.

The only colour in my size was red, Derrick and Vida already have these shorts in red and I didn't want to totally bite them so I coloured my stripes and my adidas symbol in black.

So now I have wicked mean looking red shorts with black stripes.

I think I am gonna write KFM on them somewhere too.

KFM is so mean.

ooh!
Derrick and I tried to hunt down Greg Raymond today, I want to shred with him so bad! We will succeed soon.

"You're the only person I know that doesn't put his pants on one leg at a time." - Andrew Grant, after I jumped into my pants at GLASS.

Vida is going to BC tomorrow till the end of the week  , what a sweet trip though!
I am way jealous.

My new Climas came today! :D

I am torn, I can't tell if they are too big or not.

I would ideally like to find a pair that is a half-size or whole size smaller.

A number of people have offered to buy them off me, anyone that can find me a pair of climacool originals in size 7.5 or 8 has first dibs on my 8.5's.

Someone PLEASE help me out!!

I can tell that these are the sweetest shred shoes out there right now. They feel so good on your foot, they have so much spring to them, moreso than my 2's or Responses. I just need them to fit me smaller in the toe area unfortunately.

Pllllleeeeeaaase help me find climas!

I did the silicone mod on them already, so my 8.5's are ready for shred already. Its such a tease, they feel sooooo good, but obviously juuuuuust slightly too large.

I am going to go hunt.

did i ever tell you that i tried you pants-entering-technique at home and tore a hole in the crotch, rolled my ankle, face planted, and split my lip? i still have no idea how it's done, and i saw it first hand!

The magic moment that you must focus all your concentration on is the delicate few milliseconds leading up to pant-leg penetration. You have to slow down time (handy tip: use the matrix) and ensure that your toes are pointed down and slightly out so that when you hit the holes you can aim your legs for the outer edges of the holes for max clearance. Then just gliiide on in like cake. (handy tip #2: stopping time altogether makes for too choppy of a presentation, learn to hit this trick at medium to moderate pace, one day you may even hit it in real time! 8O )
