The FTB Blog (now with new poll!)

Post by Not-so-ripped Warrior »

Hey, I'm Eric. I'm starting this blog so Reid, Will, Matson, and I can brag about our accomplishments. Yup.

Recent news: Reid and I have both landed 7-add moves. Reid hit spinning ducking paradox whirling rake and I hit blurry PS whirling rake.

Also I hit blurry whirl>blurry whirl>PS whirl

Will is very good. Reid and I wish we could flail like him, so we could hit downtime symposium eggbeaters too.

Mowed lawn and then session today with Eric. june 1.

Bought Eric a reeces pieces blizzard because he beat me in a guiltless competition 3 attempts. He did 40 some guiltless run. sadly I was not up for giving him some competition, my highest was around twenty.

Played footbag horse with two move combos.

Will still in California

Matson Still injured

Kevin still in Germany

Scott working

Will is so cool. I have played with him twice. He is awesome at footbag, and helped me with a lot of stuff.

I voted for Rockey.

He says Reid can hit locomotion, i challenge you to hit Locomotion>ps whirl>ps whirl>blurry whirl>blurry whirl. Or just locomotion>ps whirl

I am at the Inyo County Public library in Bishop, CA! Anyways, today was my first day of work with the forest service. I got in yesterday after a week long road trip. I did some serious hiking in colorado, utah, and nevada on my way out. I hacked with some of the people living in my barracks last night and it was a good time. I will begin shredding in the mountains shortly, so that I will have super human footbag abilities at lower elevations. Props on starting the footblog Eric.

Hahaha! Sounds pretty intense Will. I'm expecting you to return to civilization with a mountain-man beard...possibly half-shaven like Tim's.

Anyscrew, just got back from a session with Reid. I hit Scorpion's Tail BSOS again, nothin' big besides that. Reid schooled barrage sets; I attempted them to no avail. Might rest my legs until sunday...but probably not.

Wow, that jam idea is genius. Absolutely genius.

Tomorrow should be good. I hope we can kick somewhere indoors. It's gonna be hot as hell out. And rainy.

Great event. Thanks shawn(monster pixie set). It was great to see so many people out. Most Illinois shredders at one session I´ve ever seen.

Yes.....but not enough!!!

Yeah, good time were had. Thanx again to Shawn.

It was a good day of shred for me. 3 consecutive blurry whirls (last one off my foot). Plus that guiltless competition I had with Reid was a good idea to help me focus on long strings, and consistent two-sidedness. My longest run was 40 contacts (a personal record no doubt) and I incorporated a lot of variety which was nice. This type of competition would be perfect for Will because of the way he shreds. You think he would have schooled us all??

Alright, I'm out. Looks like Ashley Simpson is destroying us in the poll. I heard she can hit alpine nemesis back-to-back, so I suppose that's to be expected.

I tried a couple times on sunday, There were a few times when I had a good set out of the locomotion, and I almost got the ps whirl, out of it. My knees have been bothering me so I didn´t keep going, but it is defiantly in my ability to get the ps whirl out of a locomotion. I´ll hit it for you by the end of the summer. as for the other ps whirl blurry whirl and bblurrywhirl, I have to school my back to back ps whirls and my stepsets out of pswhirl a little more. but ill keep it in mind. On sunday I hit wetdream in the middle of a run, and it was also my first time hitting it so that was pretty cool.
