Sounds like it has more joints in it too... I wish they came in a 10 pack...

Keep working, but don't overwork at this point. Try to make as many muscles active as possible without making them tired....

Instead of, or in addition to a diet, if you really want results, I would recomend stretching really well right as you get out of bed, and having a 20 minute (at least) session every morning before you do anything besides piss and get something in your mouth. If you eat (very lightly) and footbag really early (or footbag heavy and then eat heavy, just not the other way around), all your muscles will be oxidized and burning fat/ growing and your metabolism will be working effieciently for you all day.

I know morning is hard, but assuming you get smoe kind of good nutrition in your body already, these are the biggest steps you can make. If you get in these habits, you will be healthy for your whole life. (If you aren't getting good nutrition, or don't know, its a better place to start...you can borrow nutrition for dummies [;-)] from me, or go to healingdaily.com; the book is easier to listen too than the website, but the site is a gold mine)

Peace, and good luck.

Session #1:

Ah so today was a good session! Landed ALOT of mirages I think Im starting to get them alot better now. hopefully Im hoping a bit I think I am but oh well.. I landed a sweet string that I thought was good:

toe [del] > atw > pixie > op clip > op toe [del] > atw

and

toe [del] > clip > toe [del] > mirage

I want to get these clips down pat, For some reason it seems to be progressing slow :S newayz thats about it for this session peazzzzzz

woo hoo, rock on. You would be doing well even without mirage, but if you can get both mirages good with the rest of what you've got, tiltless will be in the bag. Remember to try clip set mirage and paradox mirage a bit too, they will be very important.

I love your sig, totally love it.

Peace,

Session #1

Today went alright started out with 30+ toe stalls and 40+ kicks, I beat my max kicks by 5 so therefore I have 65 kicks :) I landed 3 mirages in a row for once, Im getting them better now, I really didnt work on alot of other tricks just some pixies and atw with left and right foot and some clipper stalls.

I made my first 8-panel bag today turned out ok, Its a little big, So I wont be posting a pic of it because I dont really like it :P Oh well onto a 32-panel now :) Today is day 3 of my diet and since I weighed myself a couple days ago I was at 176 now im down to 173 :D So the pounds are droppin!!! Oh yeah, Im looking for a carol bag so if anyone has one that is willing to sell ill buy! And Loren/Jeff/Ben or whoever if your going to worlds I talked to carol and she said she would have some there... So If you can pick me up one ill buy it from you.

Its sad to see that she has stopped stitching for awhile :( Oh well newayz im out

peazzzz

None of us are going to worlds this year, but Loren and I are planning on going to worlds next year.

I know the bag scene pretty well, if I can't get one from her for ya, I'll talk you up on some simlilar options. Carols bags ae typically bigger than regular abshire's though...

I want to play with both bags...I liked the fist one but didn't get too, and I bet Lon would like the second one if its big...

Peace, and keep up the good work :-)

Ah well just got in from my session my blue/green abshire is breaking in nicely, Its pretty much playable now. I hit some mirages and I drilled my pixies today

pixie > op pixie - rpt x10

Practiced soul stalls didnt land one :S ATW on both feet are getting better and I feel im in more control of the bag now, But for some reason ... I sucked at toe stalls today haha wtf? I don't know Im probably just tired. Newayz ill prob just go run or something lata

peazzz out

Nice string man! Awesome stuff! When I was learning tiltless I tried to get all these moves down asap:
(all both sides)
atw in and out
mirage
legover
pickup (legover with out-in dex instead of in-out dex)
illusion (mirage with out-in dex instead of in-out dex)
Pixie
Fairy (oposite dex direction to pixie but same thing)
Clipper

Once I learned all these I just drilled them till I could do atleast 10x each one, like legover>legover x10 mirage>mirage x10 just drilling the moves back to back, this took a long long time for me :(

Finally I got to the stage with these moves that I am still at now, everyday I do atw>atw in and out as many as i can. Mirage>legover>repeat, pickup>illusion>rpt and clipper>same clipper>rpt and clipper>oposite clipper>rpt and I probably will for the rest of my days.

Doing the above exercises have got me a strong tiltless game and I can now do very long tiltless strings.

After you learn all that I would go on to things like
Pdx mirage, Butterfly, Osis, Ducking clipper, double atw, drifter, dlo.
And sets: pixie, stepping, fairy, spining.

I hope you got something out of all that babble! :D

Keep kicking strong man!
