I just got a call from the company that I had an interview with last week for a summer internship. I got a job there and will be working full time starting next Monday! This is my first ever real job. I'm kinda nervous, but excited at the same time.

Also Loren was taped on TRL(show on MTV) the other day playing footbag and I think he said he was going to be on it on Tuesday. So I looked up the show times and TRL is on at 5:00 pm tomorrow, so everyone should check it out, I'm not sure he will be on it, but it wouldn't hurt to watch just in case.

The trl I was on features Fall out boys and Fat Joe, they should be replaying the show throughout the week without the countdown... The thing tomorrow is a special talents segment for some show involved in "MTV Summer Break at the Strip"... I've got Kalie tivoing all the action, we should get both clips hopefully.

I won't work on Saturdays. I work 40 hours a week. 9 hours Monday - Thursday, 8 Hours one Friday then off the next Friday.

Today I played for 2 hours.

Highlights:

9 flip spinning clipper freezes
11 flip sidewalk freezes
spinning ducking pdx illusioning rooted toe
6 contacts of pixie legover > smear > repeat twice
5 smears both sides!!!
2 shmoes both sides
atomsmasher both sides
2 toe whirling rakes op sides
toe whirl > blur > pixie legover
tomahawk rake 2nd try
flip tomahawk
toe whirl > gyro legover

I also worked on toe barrages, but since I play alone I can never tell if my double dexes are clean. I think they are, but you never know for sure. The ankle's feeling good.

You'll get there don't worry, just don't get discouraged. Keep practicing even if you don't think you are getting better, practice just as hard and you will soon see a difference.

yes, footbag is very good at teaching us one of the most improtant lessons there is. We can make anything happen, it just takes time and determination. The more determination, the less time, and so, you two are blessed with that, as is Kalie happily. Watch the detemination pay off

I played with Jeff today. I didn't do many drills or crazy stuff. Just shredded a bit. Worked on stepping out of whirls, can anyone help me with it. I can do it sometimes, but my steps never feel as controlled as normal. Any help with that would be appreciated. I played with my right ankle a little and so far it feels great.

I don't think so because my camera that I used to take the vids with kept blowing up the batteries inside while I was downloading them onto my computer, so I can't use it till' it's fixed. Although...my parents are considering buying a digital camcorder that also takes pictures to replace the digital camera we have and the old camcorder that we have. If that happens within this month then I will enter.

Oh... I forgot something I hit today.

I think technically it would be surging op double down, surging scorpions tail would be like surging spinning double down :O now that would be close to iimpossible!

I'll keep my fingers crossed on the new camcorder man, I think Loren is planing on entering so maybe you could have a filming sesion with him?

Props on all the freeze stuff btw, I need to do some of that to tighten up my bolts!

Thanks, if I get a camera that works, I will. Today I shredded with Steve, at his house, for like 3 hours and Andrew came for about an hour and played too. It was some good shred. Steve hit 3 double around the worlds for the first time. They were perfect too. I didn't drill anything today just some shred. Not too great but hit inspinning osis bsos in one run and busted blurriest for the first time in the middle of a run (because I could) then contacted it on the other side that same run. Other than that nothing much else. My ankle feels good.

I'm really sore from jamming on a basketball hoop for most of the night at a friends graduation party on Saturday. (also played footbag)

Oh well, maybe I'll watch some footbag videos and play through the pain...maybe not.

Ok, so I did shred today. I played in my backyard in the blazing sun. It was sooo hot. It was 97 degrees and I was playing on a circle of concrete that was radiating heat.

I didn't drill today, I just shredded by myself. I think I need to work more on doing runs instead of drills and single tricks.

Now you have indeed reached that step, but you have reached it with a higher level of mastery than anyone I've ever taught. Because of your drilly backround, combos will come so easy now that your shuffling, all you need to do is apply the creativity. rake into ducking osis into stepping, drifter into motion...come up with some phattys to throw around a\that look sick like my sumo>smoke and witchdoctor>merlin.

Hope you watched MTV, it was awesome.
