Hi
Today I had great shred. I improved my spins. So I hit :

Spining mirage

Spining butterfly
Also I tried hit atomic ss flail, I did every dex but I couldn't delay it

Also I couldn't delay Pixie ss Flail

I had few times on toe.
I hit this combo

blur> butterfly [rpt] and I did my firs BLENDER on flipside

I'm really happy. I'm training hard because I'm going to events on this Saturday.

I started on january 2004. I intermediate player and I love playing footbag. Thats the best sport on the world

My the best tricks are: Pixie DOD xbd rake, Pixie Paradon xbd rake BS, Mullet, Backside Spikehammer...thats all my 6 adds tricks.

I did second session today because I can't live without Footbag

I hit only:

dimwalk>blender

( I hit it on flipside but is only footed

)
And I tryied hit pdx blender but also I had this trick footed

Maybe tomorrow I hit it

I had nice session. I improved my whirls because I have small problem with them. I hit :

toe whirl ( flipside )

pdx blender

pixie blender
I'm so happy cause my blenders and whirls are better. Tommorow I will try foodprocesor and ducking pdx blender. Maybe I will hit it. Also tommorow I will training my routine on evetns.

Olav I can't hit Gangsta Party because I can't hit spining duckig

Today I had short session and I improved my routine. I didn't hit something special. I hit food proceor but it was footed

Tommorow I'm going to Footbag Freestyle Battle 3 in Leszno. I think that I have chance for good place

Yesterday I was on tournament. I was first in knockout . I had 8 pkt. Next men had 25 pkt. I think that is big difference. And in final also I was first

I don't remember every thing

Legbeater > Whirl > ss Mirrage (rpt.) - it shouldn't be a problem for you I think... ?
Blur > Legbeater > Blender (rpt.) - this one isn't so easy but worth of trying

!
Whirl > Blender (rpt.)
Sidewalk > Blender (rpt.) - Stepping after Blender...

Whirl > Osis (rpt.)

Drills are the best!

Olav I will try this drills but I can't hit after blender whirl or stepping

I should improve that

Today I should train my mirage and sth like this e.g atomsmasher, drifter,torqe,Dlo,eggbeater etc. but I didn't improved all this tricks because I plaied with my friends. Today I hit:

DLO>LO [rpt] - that's very easy drill but I must train my flip DLO

Dlo>butter>pdx Dlo ( pdx Dlo I hit on flipside

)

blur>butter [rpt] > blizard>butter [rpt]

Few times I hit Fog

5x sidewalk
Today postman bring me new bag

Last few days wasnn't good. I don't know why but I can't play good

On last 3 days I didn't hit something good or awesome

I hit only:

combo with phoenix, spike hammer and ripped warrior ( but it was short

I should play better on this week. No should but I MUST because I would like do good impression on Euros

Combo with Phoenix, Spikehammer and Ripped Warrior sounds cool. Was it guiltless, or were there some bails to Toe or Legover, or Clippers, or something? It sounds like you have damn good Stepping set.
