long answer: Being ready to play anytime doesn't mean ready to have a session. Shred shorts don't make a big difference on alot of tricks versus in pants or baggy shorts. You just can't do super long, super high diffuculty tricks and strings.

Short answer: Yes

when im not working, i always have shred shorts on under my pants, and if im not in the middle of some ridiculous modification on my shoes, they are either on my feet or in my trunk. cars are a wonderful thing (i dont have a rally car  ) and it aint no thang to throw your shred shit in the trunk!

I usually wear a pair of Rod Lavers. Like when I'm going to a session, I have non-modded lavers on my feet, and modded lavers in my trunk.

The only kind of bag I carry around with me all the time would be a sandbag or a brand new 32 too break in, not play with.

I only wear my lavers when I'm shredding, but I carry a bag around almost everywhere I go. I also have a pair of shorts (not short) that I wear around a lot and almost never wash, lol.

Man, I'm proud of my lavers. I wouldn't wear anything else if I was allowed to wear tennis shoes at work.

My Lavers are coming in the mail and when I get 'em I'll definitly wear them everywhere, even after I mod the crap out of them. As for shorts I don't (usually) bring an extra pair everywhere but I normally wear shorts anyway.

I NEVER leave the house without a hackysack, it goes along with my wallet and my phone.

I don't think you could learn to get that good without the help of the Rod Lavers 3 panel style.

Because of the single piece of material used for the toe box the inside and the outside, it's easier to see what you are doing.

Once you've learned with Laver's you get so good that you could use any shoe you want.

I'll prepare a pair for you and then sell them to you if that's what you want.

It takes about an hour or two to modify Laver's into Shred Laver's Perfectly.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but Lavers give more bag feel than regular shoes.

I'd advise against getting colored lavers because in my experience they feel slightly heavier and don't break in as nicely as white/navy, white/green lavers.
