You said you wanted to stay until K-OS or whatever.. that's like.. 5 days after I leave.

I miss you Vida.

I will be coming to Toronto sometime around the start of the month I think. I can take you out for a spin in my racecar.

I just kicked my football onto a terrace. There is a big brick building I like to kick my ball at and there is this second story thing that juts out to the side. If I go too low it misses the building entirely and the ball goes flying into traffic, too high and the same thing. You have to get it just right and it's one of my trick shots that I shoot for. I went for a lefty kick at the terrace and it went JUUUUUST too high and it landed up on it! dammit!

I am going to carry over my rickety old wooden ladder tonight and see if I can climb up and get it.

I like playing football when my legs are too tired to shred. I keep losing my frigging ball though!

I hit ATW BSOS with a football today! yeah!

I didn't play footbag at all, I suck so bad sometimes. I am almost afraid to play sometimes because I am scared of having a bad session.

I am very very confident that I am right in picking to compete in intermediate, I am often reminded how very very intermediate I still am.

I wonder if my new new climas will come tomorrow. I have all these plans for bad-assifying them!

I keep telling myself that I suck because my shoes are all ratty and dead.

oh man, I feel you, I had the suckiest, weakest session yesterday. I don't know why I keep telling myself that I can shred okay when i'm intoxicated... yesterday it was a few beers beforehand... bad news.

something tells me we're going to be in trouble when we get to europe.

and as for post europe... are you going to funtastik? you should come down with my posse if you can make it.

We will have to become drunken masters. Either that or we will just get drunk alot and talk about how good we are when we're not drunk.

Tempting, painfully tempting. We'll see what my bank account has to say about this after Europe. :P

I think I wasted the day today. But I just had a really focussed footbag/football session. heh, I combine them now, it is becoming increasingly difficult to suppress my football obsession. I got my ball back! I just walked up and into the offices that were on the second story of the building and asked for it back.

I had a few highlights today playing footbag. I hit the drill toe whirl>sidewalk>schmoe repeat plus a bit and then got saucy and hit pixie whirl>sidewalk>schmoe>pixie whirl>sidewalk>schm..hit my leg. SO CLOSE!

I hit some other cool new repeats like...
osis>sidewalk rpt x a bunch (STYLISH!!!)
far osis>ripwalk rpt !!
tap>plo rpt
magellan>smear>plo rpt (maybe new, my pixie shuffle was sucky today)

I can totally DSO!!! consistently! I still don't remember to string them, but I can drop the bag to my foot and hit DSO first try from either side anytime now! woo! I am pretty good at reapers too.

I drilled other things too. I hit blender>inf>inf x 3 or 4 and that felt really good, I felt like matt cross every time I did blender, drifter or torque today because of my body positioning on them today were very much like his I think. I only did one string of torques today and it was torque>inf>torque>inf>torque>inf>torque>hand>happy

I wasn't feeling very strong today.. I am not that happy with my game lately. My toe stuff is seriously weak lately. I fucked up my pixies somehow, I don't do them clean and I feel akward doing them now. I think the new shoes will help because they don't have the thing that is fucking me up on my current shoes.

My current climas are so trashed, I should take pictures. I should do alot of things...

I'm really surprised that it took years to happen but for the first time ever I woke up last night in confused agony because my nipple jewlery was tangled in my bedsheets and it was so scary!! I was really disoriented and since the rest of me was also tanlged in the sheets and I was so afraid my nipple would get torn off or something while trying to free myself. :| 8O

This is really important stuff that *definately* belongs in a footblog.

owww, that sounds painful. kinda like that, but not really...a few days after i first got my lip ring (like 2 weeks ago) i was in...some class, and i totally fell asleep, like dead asleep. i woke up like half an hour later and there was drool all over my mouth and chin, so, completely without thinking, since i was still mostly asleep, i wiped my mouth really roughly, tearing at the goddam ring. it hurt so bad...but your story sounds worse.

I used to be a mod and I had privelages and then BalinorNZ stole my competitions from me and now I am not a mod.

I feel cheated.

I really liked reading the mods/admins forum just to see who's been bad.

Can I be a mod again, pleeeeease?

YAYAYAYAYAYyyyy I played footbag with Vida today!!

One of the greatest moments so far in my life was when I passed the bag to her and she caught it in a clipper!!! SO HOT!! :D :P

I just had this wicked day dream and pictured Vida hitting a blurry whirl one day or something. Yahh! It was great getting to play with her!

I hope we keep this up and she wants to play with me more. :D

I am SO terrified of twisting my ankle.

I twisted it right before worlds last year and it crushed me. That was such a terrible moment for me. I will NOT let it happen again.

I lost my soccer ball again, I kicked it onto the roof of a church.

I am going to go get boosted up to get it back.. again.

My new climas came in the mail today!
I just finished modding the hell out of them.

While the silicone sets I will tell a story about the last completely surreal video game moment in my life.

So I mentioned about how I had kicked my soccer ball onto the roof of a church, I went back to the chuch last night with my housemate Matt with the goal of getting it back.

There was one route that seemed climbable where you had to climb up a chainlink fence then transfer to this awning/doorway sorta thing. From there Matt boosted me up to a reachable corner gutter piece that lead up to the next level. He pushed me up high enough to reach it but there didn't seem to be anything to grab onto and it didn't seem possible. He gave me an extra boost and then I was able to press outwards on the V of the steep roof and make enough pressure to grip it and climb 10 feet or so up to the next little landing area.

Haha I totally felt like I was in a different world at this point. It was totally pitch dark and I was delicately working my way around this totally chaotic roof. There were a few different flat areas I could get to from where I went up and I searched them fully, thinking that the ball obviously wouldnt have come to rest on a slanted roof. The ball is black and so was everything else so it was a challenge to find it.

I determined that the ball wasn't anywhere that was accessible from where I was. Between me and the other possible flat areas was the big huge arc of the central cathedral and it was extreeeeemely steep! I had initially declared it too steep to climb upon first seeing it but I told myself that it would have to be scaled if I wanted to find my ball.. I mean.. I had come that far after all..

We had actually walked to the church earlier in the day with the intent of getting the ball back but it was far too visible and people were in fact looking at us looking at the climbing route so we delayed the plans for later.

Back to the roof. I followed a trim piece that followed the curve and kept as close to the wall as possible and carefully climbed to the peak of the arch. I peered over, shaking, and saw that the roof went down at the same angle I had just barely climbed up and at the spot I was at it there was no landing to stop me from being flung right off the roof to the cement below.. way way below. I saw another thing though.. my ball!

It was on a landing at the base of the face of the roof but about 35 feet over from where I was. I then declared that sliding down that roof face to get my stupid ball was not worth it and intended on turning back. Then I told myself that same stupid thing "well.. Ive come this far.." and I straddled the peak of the church and with all of me shaking in total disbelief I shimmied along towards the end of the roof so that when I slid down I would hit the landing and not have my brains splash on the ground. I committed and half slid half crab walked down the roof to the landing, not being exactly sure that I could actually climb back up it without the aid of any railing. I got my ball! yay! I tossed it down to where Matt was and I remember remarking that it took really really long for it to hit the ground and I wasn't eager on experiencing that for myself.

The shingles were all this sorta.. gritty bent sheet metal stuff. I tested a bit and I found that I could climb the wall/roof (I keep calling it a wall.. but thats just my perception of it because it was such a steep roof) if I gripped with my finger tips and *kept moving* I could make my way up. I got back up to the peak, shimmied back to where I could slide down and got the hell off the roof!

So now I have my ball back.

I should kick my ball onto less roofs.
