Yes and only two of the people who have posted on the video live outside of Australia or NZ. Hence what's the point in posting videos on modified when the only people who watch them read the specific forums anyway.

I'm not having a go at anybody or anything like that, I'm just dissapointed that when you look at the video section there are so many awesome videos (apart from this one) which aren't from North America, don't have any "big names" in them and don't have any comments.

I'm about to release a new vid featuring myself that will have a number of moves I'm pretty sure nobody else in the world have hit. If you want to see it you'll have to check the ausfootbag forum - that's the way I feel and commenting on this video or my opinion won't change that.

Dan has one of my favorite styles in footbag. It's great to see that he's laying down some harder combos these days. I really dug the jani>whirling swirl. Dylan is a smooth m-f as always, but I would like to have seen some harder stuff from him (though this is an issue of the video's content and not Dylan, as was cleared up earlier). Anyway, awesome video. Keep up the good work.

Did I somehow miss a N.A. hottie girl's video? geez, I thought I was scouring these forums  j/k

Just so you know, I watched this vid. I liked it, but I decided not to post and comments- it ddnt call out to me. the footage was good, yes, but nothing made me go out of my way to "build a reply."

Anyway, here is a little constructive criticism: make your vids appeal to people by adding quirky things. I found out the hard way that very few people reply to vid threads, unless its a Jorden thread  , haha, again j/k. So what Ive learned is to make the video funny in someway, or unexpected in some manner. thats my advice anyway.

Thanks for the vid

Sweet vid. I find it hard to comment simply because I'm not familiar with most of these guys, but they all play hard so that's cool. I liked the music selection, and the shred. The vid was a bit long for my taste, but at least it was all pretty good. I wish my patience was better, with shred vids. I want to see more Australia so I can become more intimate with you guys.

I haven't been checking the videos forum much lately, so I just got to downloading this (sorry Jeremy). This may not have gotten a lot of replies, but it sure has gotten a lot of views (600 at this time). I think the reason there aren't a ton of replies is, to a certain extent, that it's a huge video. A lot of people won't reply if there's so much to address-- it's overwhelming (I'm not trying to justify this, just pointing it out). I really digged (dug?) the footage, and was blown away by Jeremy's shuffle (which I couldn't follow at all :( ). The only thing that really resounded through my head throughout the video was holy CRAP do you guys get a lot of spectators. I can't believe how well you performed given the immense throngs lapping up your every run! Hurrah for footbag! Hurrah for Australia!

Yeah you have to remember that the footage was all shot either in the middle of Melbourne where we had some big signs and stuff up (ie. it was the Australian Championships - music etc.) or at the St. Kilda Festival which is apparantly the biggest festival in either Australia, The Southern Hemisphere or the World (can't remember which :P) and attracts something like 300,000 people (over a big area) - so both events clearly weren't normal shreds. That said, when we played in Melbourne we always kept in mind crowds and always tried to promote footbag (that's why we didn't let Dan put on CDs very often ;) ). Same thing for me now when I play in Hobart and because I play at a big market, I get a lot of people watching too. The important thing is not to drop too much - a crowd doesn't understand guiltless or tiltless or any of that kind of stuff. They really only notice the harder moves and the time you go without dropping - so if you hit datw>clipper>pdx torque>toe stall etc. - they'll be more impressed with that than they would be with say blurriest swirl. Also if you're doing long runs - people will look up and there's a good chance you'll be hitting a run - so they'll stop and look at you. If you're not doing long runs there is more of a chance you'll be kicking the bag or picking it up - so they won't see anything impressive enough to make them stop.

Stop saying those bullshits! :x People like different musics.

Actually he listens to different music like that. I told dan about this topic and he says "Better than the music where they speak for 10 minutes about their politics and they swear alot"
