First and foremost please comment if you download these videos. I want to know what I can work on both as far as footbag goes and with making my videos. If you have not downloaded the Intuition video yet, it is 100% me. The newest video is of the rest of the San Diego crew from the previous weekend. It should really make for a good treat. I look forward to your replies and hope you all enjoy the videos.

That video was SWEEEEEET! The shred was amazing! I can see the Chad-inspiration

I can't remember if you usually do flip spinning. I think yes, but I don't think I've seen you do it so much, and not flip spinning whirl. Spinning whirl beesauce was NICE! Gyro whirls were GREAT!

I enjoyed those fuzzy transitions and the intro with a hint of a narrative. I liked the shot of you plugging in your headphones. If you're looking for criticism on the editing, I found that the transition from intro to shred was really abrupt, and maybe if you were going for a narrative aspect you could have filmed yourself walking outside or something? Or got Damon to film you walking up to his house?

Overall I loved it, but mostly just because the shred was amazing

The video was good quality too -- I like that.

id like to say really nice vid. and your osis stepping is kick ass it looks awesome. the twinspining is smooth and you dont see it to often. many props for the last combo. much appreciation for the last few vids.

critiques ummm i dunno looks preety good to me.

The first bit of advice I should give you is...

Path weeder. Normal herbacides like 'Roundup' use glyphosate. It begins to kill 'green' life on contact but becomes inactive when it hits the soil. A good path weeder will kill those weeds and stop them from coming back for about a year. Check you local nursery and follow directions.

Now, to the video. Like Erik said you started establishing a narrative. However, you never really developed it and there was no ending. It just sat at the beginning of the film with nothing else to it. Perhaps a little more time spent here, establishing the story. For example, getting the CD out, plugging in the headphones, listening to the music - fade across to the shred as though it's going through you head.
Then end it with you finishing, unplugging the headphones, ejecting the CD and walking off.
Give it MORE of a story.

Otherwsie, GREAT shred, man. Some cool moves there. Just try not to play in a dark room with windows behind you, for a better picture.

Wow, thanks so much for the comments so far. I was pissed that some of the shred was so dark, that was not my fault though, somehow that day the camera really zoomed up and caused it to compensate for the bright windows. Anyway, I totally know what you meen by developing the story further and that was initially part of my plan but alas, I got really impatient and just made the video! I originally had more in the intro and even some mid-video but I watched it a few times as it was like that and thought that the amount of work needed to publish the video perfectly was too much for comming over Damon's today and hosting it. I totally agree with the comments though and appreciate them VERY much.

Thank you for the props, Chad did influence me!

Definitely a cool video, although I liked Mortal Kontacts more. I probably dont know enough about footbag, but it sort of seemed that your shredding wasn't as dynamic as some of your other videos. I enjoy your editing style though, simple title, shred, end type of deal. Good stuff.

Nice Sgt. K! Those cross body toes are sick! Editing was fine, if there was anymore non shred footage it may have been to much for my taste. But I try to never give crap for editing because too much to little don't matter, put out a vid and you rule!! As far as shred, looking good, but if there would be any critisizm I'd say you need more downtime moves, lots of your big moves end in whirl, maybe more drifters, torques or dlos. More soon please!

I agree with what has been said about the lack of follow-through with the story aspect, but personally was more interested in seeing your room so am happy either way (go xbox

). The only unique thing I have to say is that I LOVED the overhead view you used. Especially in one of the last runs (stepping whirl > paradox whirl > osis > ripwalk), the combination of fluidity and angle made it seem nearly effortless. I definately hope you use more of those swanky overhead shots in the future.

Hehe, Sgt Kokoloco, thanks Nate! I agree with your last constructive critisism about my game too, I've just really wanted to build a base game before exploring everything else and I think I have finally just done that. And SandWraith, I will use as many views as I possibly can, whether it be up high which is nice but inconvient when you don't have a wide angle lens >_<, down low, far away, close up, and moving whenever possible for your enjoyment. Hopefully my skills at editing and footbag will be good enough to put out a DVD one day for those who wish to buy one. I think I could do it!
