ShrEdmonton Report:

We had the competitions today. Shred30, Sick3, Sick1 and it was all caught on video! Maybe we will release it later

It was too cold/rainy so we ended up just shredding in the multipurpose room.

On friday while making bagels for Travis and Jess I sliced into my finger with a $75 bagel knife. While this might not seem relevent, it just so happens that just before my shred30 (first shred30 of comp) I sliced it back open while handling my backpack. My finger was just absolutely gushing. I ended up just going ahead and doing the shred30 anyways while bleeding. Dave suggested I smear blood under my eyes like war paint... so that's EXACTLY what I did. I think it helped. Using Joe's lucky felix I hit a rockin shred30! woohoo!

I hope it's nice today and we can shred by the fountains.

Welp, off to draw and write thankyou letters to sponsors. tah

Because food processor and whirlygig are boring, and backside food processor is big, but still sort of boring. PS DLO is awesome, by contrast. Props everyone. Nice job to Andrew with the epic shred 30 score.

um because PS DLO is super hard - takes a lot of strength to hit - more so than say ps eggbeater. Symple food is also hard - but definitly easier in my opinion. symple blenders are not really any harder than normal blenders (at least in my opinion - since you start the dex higher and earlier) and food processor is a much more common move than ps dlo. They're both awesome moves though - props to all involved!

Well, ill make this short and hopfully sweet. I had one hell of a time at Shredmonton. ALL you boys are great and i hope you ALL make it down to Hackrifice this aug/sept.

*Another huge thanks goes to Andrew. First of all, thanks for inviting me out. Clearly, if it wasn't for you i wouldn't have experienced what i had last weekend. Secondly, thank you for sticking with me and helping me out when i felt, "sick." Oh god, i feel degraded, but i did drink alot...

Oh man, That sounds sooo much fun. I really wish I could of made it. I really sorry you guys came down to our Jam and we bailed on yours! Thanks though, cause MT Jam just wouldn't of been the same w/o you guys. I wish we could of added some Montana flavor to the events!

ps dlo is ridiculously hard, if done cleanly. If it was clean, it should easily deserve 1st. bs food isn`t that hard really. I also agree that ps egg is easier than ps dlo. Its so easy to make ps dlo a jumping double cheek over toe stall.

oh ok. I guess because i dont do whirls or anything close to PS whirls i see those tricks as much harder. Cause i have come close to PS DLO but i havent even come close to symp whirl or pdx whirl.
