Sewing Knots

Post by Senor Grommet »

Some stitchers out there might not want to reveal their secrets, but I'm interested to know:
Do you use a special type of knot to tie off after each pentagon and to complete the bag? If you do, what type of know do you use and where did you learn it? Do you KNOW that this type of knot is best for footbags? How did you test it's strength? How slippable is it? Etc . . .

Thanks a lot,
Jeremy Mirken

after teh last stitchin I go over instead of a in and out running stitch I do a over and under stitch last but when you have the big hole after the under part, I go through that to make a tight knot, then I just tie a regular knot tightly against it... Never failed... Sorry if its hard to understand.. :)

I am doing four knots to finish one pent.
I am using two different types of knots .

I do not want to waste the time trying to explain my knot technique because I even cannot explain that in German.
