Wow - awesome videos!! I especially loved the one (I don't think from the French Open) with somebody (you?) playing in the phonebox. That whole video is awesome - all the kicking stuff looked really good - and it was such a more interesting video then what seems to be the standard these days.

It would have been nice to see the final results from the competition - The sixk 3 and sick 1 were hardcore. Hitting nemesis in a sick 1 competition is impressive!!

Thanks heaps for the vids!

edit: Oh yeah - fuck the battle vid rocks! I'm pretty sure it's not from the French open but it's still an awesome video!! Wow I can't believe I missed that before... Well it's good that I've seen it now :D

Hey Jeremy, you' right, the Battle video is not from the French Open.
The sick 3 and big one etc are from french championship of this year (february 2005), and the battle video is from the french championships 2004!

Thank you Jeremy. Yes that was me in the phone box. What i specialy love in this video is that it starts in Guadeloupa (beach, sun, blue water...) and it ends in Paris, in Plaza Vendôme, the place in Paris where you have the Ritz Hotel and all the most expensive jewlerys of France... Footbag can link everything!

the Hudge battle with Vasek, his mates and the swiss team is from the 2004 january French open in Lyon. Leuch, i think that there has been no national French championship in 2004, but two opens. Anyway, thanks for writing the results of the one of this year.

Nice vid of the competition, but I must say that the last two dexes of Reni's nemesis are 'the." His surging whirl was good enough to win that comp, but I dont think that he should have won the Sick 1 with that nemesis which wasn't clean. Im sure he can hit it cleanly tho, no doubt.

I was also surprised that alpine food processor was judged to be less sick than fury!

Also, That drifter swirl was siiiiiiiiiiick!

also compare the way the tricks were hit. You can't just judge a sick 1 on what tricks were hit. The alpine food is not hit very well, lets be honest. If I were judging I would even consider saying that it wasn't hit at all - but I think the decision to count it but rank it lower was a very good one and showed a lot of wisdom and maturity from the judges.
