dang it, I go out of town for 4 days and ya get all negative on me, and I don't even know about it til after most of it has passed...at least you're kinda back in the right direction.
2 sided advice: Brian and Shawn sucked for so long from only playing on Saturdays...Evan and Ben got better than them in 6 months by playing every day. On the same note, playing EVERY day will be over harsh on your joints until they're really used to the motions and pulling their weight, which will obviously be less and less of a problem as you continue the game.
Solution: Plan time to play EVERY DAY...if when you get out there your BODY doesn't like it, spend at least 20 minutes doing consecutives...try to break your record every time you kick, and if you don't know what it is, count once and go from there. It may seem easy, but kicks are almost as good of a workout as shred, they're totally neccessary, and they were invented to strengthen knees. And they will help your balance. Now, if your body is fine and your MIND doesn't want to play, stop trying hard shit. Do LONG reps of drills; a drill isn't a drill unless you hit it 4+ times. simple drills like Out ATW>pixie get hard after the 10th time. If you don't want to play, impress yourself by getting a lot of easy adds that will help your muscles later and don't worry about pushing to Jeffs tricks. Then at the end of the session, give yourself a few try's at the hard stuff (which should be butterflys, legovers, pickups, illusions, and maybe osis). This will help, but as Ben said, consistancy of practice is the only way to see a difference...just make sure not to hurt yourself and don't forget the joint juice.
More combos for endless repetion:
clipper>mirage>pixie> repeat (try for more than 6 reps of all 6 tricks, than try it with fairy)
mirage>legover repeat (get this over 20 times through, and stop beating yourself up about legover and just work it, its almost comfy, all you need is practice)
clip>op clip repeat (get this endless too, I know its hard, but you can do it!)
same clip>op clip (so twice on each side, which is even more important than the first one. If you're having trouble, just practice hand tossing to clip and going for a straight high set back to your hand. It takes a jump, and thats whre your trouble is. Practice practice)
I hope this all helps and I hope you never lose the spirit again. You know how many of these people would be jealous if they heard you got a 3 hour 3 man session with Loren Baum and Evan Gatesman? Please use us to the max
Peace bud

EDIT: And I almost forgot: "Yeaaaah Travis!" ...henry's funny

Way to be a fan

(And for the record, that outburst came out cause I'd never seen Travis hopover before, and he second I put the cam on him, BAM! It was great.)
