I really can't put a number on my "crank". It's good enough that I don't blame my ankles when I drop a move although not good enough to be able to hit frigid osis. Maybe a 5?

edit: Obviously I blame my ankles when I drop frigid osis - but apart from that I know I can hit the move or a similar enough move that I know the reason I'm dropping is not because of my ankles or else I would have never hit the move.

edit2: Actually come to think of it, I have hit frigid osis, just never very well so I guess I can't blame my ankles for that either.

I would like to have ankle crank that would let me to catch the bag on Clipper in more than 1 place on shoe. So I wouldn't have to catch it only on the deep on the side of sole. I would like to be able to catch the bag on the mesh part, so I could feel it... Dreams...

Anssi, i disagree with your rating. Your ankles are pretty flat. I also disagree with Vasek being 8. He's atleast a 9. IMO anyways. When I first started footbag my ankles would have been about an 8 or 9. But since I've had lavers, the flatness has changed. So on my left its about a 6 on the right its a 7.

I broke one of the bones in my left shin after I started playing footbag, but before I learned how to do flipside clippers. It's a shame that I'll never know if the break affected my crank.

before sprained ankles, a little better than now I imagine... They had more ability to flex before I would say.. Now at best I'd say a good 4-4.5

I would say mine are about the same as Lon's (though I couldn't pause the video at the right time to get a good look).
