I realy liked #4, but 1-3 were so origial they had to go in that order. I thought 6&7 weren't the cleanest otherwise they'd be higher. I would surly be 16 if I entered. SICK job everyone!

1. Honza. Insane. Barroquescrew>food!!!! Jesus christ!
2. Jeremy Mirken. Bustin huge.
3. Dave Clavicle. Nice Shoulder
4. Jorden. Nice, but a little too stylish and not enough Technical difficulty.
5. Anssi. Nice nice! The first two moves are just kind of bland, but the last one made up for it!
6. Damon. Cool selection of moves. A little ugly to look at though.
7. Chris May. Nice. Different leg for the last two moves. Good execution.
8. Aaron. This is a 5>5>5 sure, but its a cookie cutter fearless combo. All of these moves are ordinary.
9. Henry- Pixie ducking out of Phoenix was kind of hard for me. The A smasher back to back was tough also. It was kind of uncontrolled though. Some moving.
10. Nic. Pdx double legover is cool. But i hate your celebrations.
11. David. Nice! The smear>dimwalk is a cool link, and very controlled.
12. Jochen. nice! Spinning osis is a fun move
13. Toby. Nice, DLO was good.
14. Shane. This seems like a really easy combo for someone who can hit the stuff you hit. I guess you dont really deserve second to last, but i just kind of forgot about your combo.
15. Kester AKA Jeremy O'wheel. I love the celebration. That is the reason that i put you here. If it was ATW>pixie>ATW then you would easily have first.

Coments on the video layout/format/quirks/content would be apreciated. I run these events for the comunity so the comunity should have them run how they want.

Also, i'm sorry for the errors in the video, everything is correct in the transcript but I was not able to correct them in the video. Thats what I get for editing in a rush at this time of the morning.
Errors:
Toby and Jochen both hit parkwalk in their sick3's, not dimwalk.
Jochen Bauer's name is not Bauer Jochen .
Me and Chris may did not hit the sick3 that is written in our title, that is last months. Please refer to the transcript for what we actually hit.. or even try watching the clip .

Haven't been able to vote yet but wow the standard is soooooo high now!! - The level this week is incredible - Props to everybody who competed! Insanity. I'm annoyed now that I didn't commit more time to getting some stuff on tape just so I could be a part of such a high level of competition! Really inspiring stuff here!

Sick 3
1. Honza Webber
Awesome combo! I'm very sceptical of the second dex on the barroquescrew but apart from that the combo is well hit and considering how hard the move is, it was bound to be close. In a real competition I'm not sure I would put this first - based on the fact that that dex may well be "the" but that's a different situation and even if it were just a torquescrew I think you'd still win.

2. Jorden Moir
I'm a little suspicious of the second dex on the torquescrew. My first thought was that it was definitly "the" but having gone over the video 30 times frame by frame I'm really not sure at all. However the dex on the pdx flux is very very thin. If it were any thinner I would definitly call it "the". Like with Honza's combo I still put you in second because it's still a very solid combo and I'd rather see people hitting really hard and creative combos like your's and Honza's. In a real comp, again with Honza - I doubt you'd finish this high - I tend to think in the situation of having to hit combos on demand execution is really really important.

3. Jeremy Mirken.
It was very hard to decide between this combo and David's. In the end I went with this because it's way more original than David's. Fury>atomic whirl is awesome and looks so tight!

4. David Clavens.
Really great combo. The main thing that pushed this back to 4th is the fact that Vasek hit this combo in sick 3 comps a number of times in 2003 or 2004 - so it seems like you're copying him. For an online competition where you have heaps of attempts I think it's a great opportunity to go for some original and creative combos. 4th Position in this field is still an awesome achievement.

5. Anssi Sundberg.
Nice - everything looked tight. The dex on the flux is definitly worth note since it's undoubtably clean. Good combo too - ducking move>ducking move>something completely different works well.

6. Aaron Orton.
The top 6 places were all really impressive and I think it's a tribute to the level of competition that a combo as good as yours finishes 6th. It looked pretty tight - a couple of sets could be straighter. I guess the main thing that seperates you from the above is the trick selection is very much of standard moves and what I call "easy fives" - not that it's an easy combo but relative to "hard fives" these ones are easy. Still props on executing a combo so well.

7. Damon Mathews.
Great original combo! Cool to see. Also I like the way the moves seem to be connected with each other. Some could see this as a lack of variety but I think it's good in a sick 3 to have some kind of linking factor between the moves (although not too much or it is a variety problem). They seem like hard links to me too which is good. You should stand up straighter, although I bet you know that already

8. Nick Bathgate.
Very tight contest between Nic, Chris and Henry. In the end I went with Nic because of his variety - each trick is considerably different to the ones before. It's a shame you hit fairy ducking clipper and not a butterfly at the end but it's good to see fairy ducking midstring and pdx dlo is a worthy link out.

9. Chris May
Great stuff Chris. Not as creative as other combos I've seen from you but a good combo none the less. Pdx whirl is a little cheap maybe but the pdx blender was good.

10. Henry Griese
Good combo and well hit! I guess it's just seemed a little less interesting than Nic and Chris' combos. Too standard you could say but good none the less. It was really really hard for me to decide between you Nic and Chris - I'm sure if I look back again I will change my mind again but I don't want to get caught in that violent circle of changing my mind forever

11. Jochen Bauer
Great stuff, good variety and well executed tricks! The ducking clip is really the weak move in this combo as it's a pretty easy 3. Sick 3s should be 3 hard tricks - hopefully of similar difficulty - but you did well anyway!

12. Shane Smith
Compared to some of the other combos you've been hitting this was a bit dissapointing. 3 pretty easy moves. Nice that they're all symp but I'm sure you're capable of better than this.

13. Toby Suggate.
Well hit stuff. Would have been better with pixie ss mirage maybe as it would add an extra component of variety.

14. David Wilder.
Sweet stuff David!! I love your reaction at the end and you hit the moves really well! It's great to see you entering the competition and pulling out a nice combo like this - very similar to my first ever sick 3 combo (smear>dimwalk>clipper - NSW Footbag Champs 2003). Great work buddy!

15. Jeremy O'Wheel.
I'm so annoyed with Nic that he cut the reaction down so much. Now I'll have to upload the whole thing One sided combo and the last toe stall is pretty sketchy. Usually I'm probably capable of slightly better combos than this but I guess I underestimated the strength of the opposition this time


Finally great work Nic on editing the video. The start was really cool too. All the competitors did an excellent job just in entering. It was also great to see some new faces out there. I guess my comments on the top 2 were a bit controversial and it's pretty weak of me to pretty much call them as "the" but still put them 1st and 2nd but I still think those kinds of combos are what people should be aiming for (now or in 5 years depending on your level) so I wanted to encourage people to aim for combos like that. I think I would definitly vote differently in a live competition - I think I would just not count "the" combos at all - although only if I told the player when they hit the combo that it was "the" - it would be unfair to not let them know and make the decision based on video review after the combos were hit (not giving them a chance to hit it cleanly again).

I just wanted to say here that I thought that the intro to these vids was very cool - do you plan on doing a new intro everytime? I think that would be cool and original/creative.

I think it's such a great honor to be able to compete with such great players. I realize that my tricks are kind of weak (especially compared to like, Honza or Jorden... sheesh!) but this was really fun. I'm already thinking about what I want to enter next month (and not arriving at anything, haha). I would suggest that everyone who has a chance should enter these competitions because I think they help players have motivation to hit new things and showcase their abilities. I wish all of the people who entered this month luck!
